Friends getaway

Great Condo. It was very clean well stocked with anything one could want to prepare a meal. The Condo was very comfortable.

Good time!!!

It’s always unsettling when choosing a place to stay because you can never really know if it’s nice and clean. Well..... this was. We had a lovely time.

We were extremely disappointed with both the condition of this condo and the lack of response from Brett/Robinson, the property management company.Within hours of checking in, we reported that the master bathroom sink was completely stopped up. We reported the issue again the following day, but no one came to fix it. As the days went by, the standing water developed a foul odor, making the bathroom unpleasant to use. By the fourth day, the smell had become so bad that we had no choice but to end our vacation early and check out before our scheduled departure.The plumbing problems didn't stop there. The bathtub also drained poorly, causing water to back up around our ankles every time we showered. Having to stand in dirty, backed-up water was both unsanitary and unacceptable.The cleanliness of the condo was also below expectations. There were large, obvious stains on the carpet, and we found hair in the doorway of the second bathroom upon arrival, raising concerns about whether the unit had been properly cleaned before we checked in.The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of timely action by Brett/Robinson after multiple reports of these issues. We expected prompt attention to problems that affected basic sanitation and comfort, but our concerns were not addressed.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying at this condo or booking through Brett/Robinson.

Orange Beach Condo Phoenix VI

The unit was clean and neat like photos except for the ceiling fan in the bedrooms needed help as the dust was half an inch thick on the blades! And cleaning crew rang bell and knocked at 8:00am day of check out (check out time is 10am) and I realize they need to flip the place for next guest, but there should be better coordination with front desk who has left early. They wouldn't leave door till I opened and said to come back after 10am.

Clean, living room couch was not the most comfortable, but most of our time was spent on the balcony

This was a girl’s trip - two friends traveling together. We like that in this condo each bedroom had its own bathroom. It gave us privacy & made getting ready easier & faster. We loved being beach front. Condo was clean.

Soooo relaxing

My 2 daughters and I stayed 3 nights. Relaxation at its best. Beautiful view. We will be back!!
