This property was fabulous! Exactly as pictured and spotless! We loved the deck furniture - perfect for our family of 6 for both relaxing on the sectional and eating dinners at the table. Pelican Pointe’s location is great and family oriented. We cannot say enough good things about Lina - her communication was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this property and will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viva La Mar. Loved the color scheme and décor. Excellent view. The property is well maintained, quite and peaceful. Very helpful that there were carts to assist in getting gear from the car to the condo. Check in was great. The condo had everything you could want to cook and enjoy yourself. Truly a fantastic place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the gulf coast to consider this location. Lots of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms, awesome layout. Communication with host was fantastic, very responsive. Overall a great experience and definitely the highlight of our trip.

My daughter, her best friend and her mom and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo.It was very nice, roomy, clean, modern and beautifully furnished and decorated! Centrally located to restaurants, Walmart or a quick late night ice cream run. Minutes from The Wharf for shopping. Easy walk to the beach. Would 100% love to stay in rhis exact condo again!

The unit is lovely, well- furnished & very comfortable. Fantastic balcony with tge most comfortable furniture we’ve ever had (& we come to the beach at least 3 times a year.). Our only disappointment was when we went to the beach to rent chairs & umbrellas: The HOA for this high-rise only allows the beach service company to rent out 8 sets of chairs per day (i.e., seating for 16 people only) and he’d reached his limit. Everyone else had to lug their own hairs & umbrellas out. Plenty of room for everyone, but this HOA chooses to severely limit the paid beach service. Luckily, the building next door has no severe restrictions, and the company there was able to accommodate us less than 30 feet away.

Viva LaMar in orange beach is probably one of our most favorites ! We’ve been coming to Orange Beach over the last 34 years . The Host has put alot of thought into each detail , from the charming decorations to the comfortable beds and beautiful furniture . The balcony view is amazing! Any question we had was answered immediately . We’ll be coming back !💙

We loved our stay at the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. Absolutely loved the patio. We spent evenings playing games and watching the waves the come in. The outdoor dining table was perfect for the entire family. Location was great! Close to stores and restaurants and walk out to the beach. Easy check in. We can’t wait to go back!

Family members, four adults and one child, thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo at Orange Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals, the bedrooms were spacious, and the lanai was very spacious with comfortable seating and a full-size dining table. We brought beach chairs and umbrellas which was helpful since there are only 8 sets of beach rentals allowed for the entire complex, so they were never available. We highly recommend this condo unit.

The property’s location is perfect. The property is clean and very comfortable. The property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for everyone and close to everything that orange beach has to offer. I highly recommend this place to those who enjoy the beach, but also want some privacy.

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room! Great communication with the owners and they responded so quickly! The pool was close to the beach and made for easy cooling off. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here!!

Unit was exactly described as listed. Pictures were accurate. Outdoor couch on balcony was very nice for enjoying morning coffee or the view of the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to beach and close to several restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to all questions.

The communication & instructions from the owner prior to arrival was very detailed. The condo was decorated very tastefully, pros- not a lot of clutter, no carpeting. The furniture, sofa & beds were clean & comfortable. The outdoor/balcony furniture was great, nice having both a table & the sectional sofa. The kitchen was supplied well. The cons were upon arrival the floors were sandy (I understand it's a condo on the beach but floors should have been swept before we arrived), found a dead cockroach in a bedroom, the water temp in the main shower was not hot, which could be for safety & a lot of extra fees (cleaning fee, service fee, property damage protection & parking pass) added a fair amount to the cost of renting so it would have been nice if the parking pass was included & having the option to opt out of the property damage protection fee.
