The condo was clean, beds comfortable. This was our second time staying at the Broadmoor. Needed more space, stayed in a larger condo. Love the easy access to the family, friendly beach, quiet building.

Fantastic Condo - Great views

We loved everything about this condo. The location was great, the short distance to the beach was perfect for us and our toddler, and the condo was spacious and comfortable enough for everyone.

The unit was very spacious and well-appointed with great amenities. We enjoyed the property itself, neat and tidy, with great and easy access to the beach. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Highly recommended

The condo was very clean and private. Access to the beach was clean and close. The condo was furnished with everything needed for a week stay. My grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice Get Away

Enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Not far from everthing. Some construction going on when we stayed in Oct made parking some of a challenge but didn't run out of room to park

Super easy to check in and out. Walk right to the beach. Very roomy, plenty of games and movies there. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils.

Great Location, Friendly Management

I booked this property for 9 adults due to it’s location. My friends and I were able to walk to the flora bama (0.5 mile) which was great for individuals that come and go as they please. The property management company was very responsive to my request for an extra parking pass, and the on site security were no hassle when other friends met us at the beach. Easy checkin, great location, A+

I discovered that it is less expensive to use the owners contact than VRBO. I've used VRBO a lot with my travels and have been satisfied until this time.

Winter Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is beautiful-Was under construction at the time so the parking garage was a mess, the lobby was a mess and the pool was closed along with the board walk. We had no idea.

Great views but not clean

The condo had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. However the bathrooms were terrible. Mold, broken toilets, just gross. Dish washer made horrible sounds.

The Broadmoor Condo is very nice and quite. The location is wonderfully accessible to many parks, stores and restaurants. During our stay there was work on the parking lot but there was ample parking. The actual condo we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The kitchen was completely equipped with every possible thing a cook might need. New appliances and plenty of table and seating space. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool isn't heated but the hot tub is nice.
