This was the best condo on the beach that my sisters and I have stayed in thus far. The only concern that we had was with the rugs in the living room and bedroom. It is a fall hazard. My sisters and I kept tripping on them but we were cautious not to fall. You may want to remove them since the condo is perfect without them. Thank you for the stay.

Dissatisfied

The condo was clean, however ALL furniture, outside and inside are terribly stained. It felt nasty to sit on couch and outdoor furniture. The whole condo needs to be maintained better. Floor grouts missing or broken, a coat of paint throughout would help. I was very disappointed in the condo. The Caribe itself was wonderful.

Good but lackluster

Switches were busted and the main toilet didnt flush too well. Pans were also not great. The whole place was basically white, so it wasnt too colorful. Master bedroom mattress felt as if i was sinking. If you were cooking and using the ventilation hood, conversation was not an option. Not worth the price in my opinion. The only redeeming factor was the veiw. There was also a loose rug right in the middle of the foyer, right in the pathway where you have to roll the carts and suitcases.The fridge didnt seem to get too cold, nothing spolied but colder drinks wouldve been appreciated.

Thanksgiving Get-away

The property was just as described—very nice furniture. The king bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable. The appliances were high end, and the kitchen had everything anyone would need to prepare meals.

Great, clean condo

Perfect condo at the caribe! Plenty of space for our 6 (3 adults, 3 kids)- could have easily fit more! Management was extremely responsive and helpful. First condo I’ve seen to have plastic plates and cups for kids- huge plus. The master bedroom seemed to be warmer than the rest of the house, but every room had a ceiling fan so it was fine. They had an extra pack and play, so you don’t have to lug your own! Very nice and clean unit, comfy beds and well stocked!

My extended family had a great time. The condo decorations are beautiful. It could use a good cleaning but all in all was great. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Great view of the marina and some of the pool. The property has great amenities with the lazy river, 4 outdoor pools, several indoor pools, marina, and fantastic restaurant on site. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect location beautiful views

We thoughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and tidy. However the floors really needed mopping. Our feet were dirty just from walking inside on the tile. Rooms were large and had a nice living area. The sofa in living room and bedroom definitly needs a cleaning as well. I feel like if they are charging a good amout for cleaning the condo in your fees, so it really should be clean. They had a good supply of towels and pillows and dishes. The pools were great. Would stay again just would like it to be cleaner.

Lovely condo

My mother celebrated her 80th birthday at Orange Beach, and my family (her daughter, SIL, granddaughters, GSIL, and great granddaughter) stayed in this condo. It is lovely. Super clean. The kitchen is very, very well supplied with necessary items for cooking meals. It is very spacious, so we could all spread out. The master suite is gigantic! One bedroom has two beds with one covering access to the closet, but we didn’t need. The management company was very helpful and really quick to reply to questions. Would absolutely recommend to others and love to stay again in the future! Thanks so much!

Nice Holiday Getaway

The property location was excellent allowing only a 15-20 min drive or less to dining, golfing, dolphin watching and shopping. Weather was cool but there were quite a few other activities since we could not stay at the beach long. The actual condo was spacious with good views.

The condo was beautiful and quiet! Amazing views and pools! Very clean and easy to locate stuff. They are still cleaning up hurricane damages but still plenty to do! Would stay again!

Good views, little things add up!

Great experience and views! Loved the setup, decor was nice, and it came equipped with most everything needed. A couple of things that kept us from a 5 rating: 1. TVs - there was no basic cable. All of the options on roku required us to login with our personal info (not that it is a big deal but when leaving, who remembers to delete their info?). This is more of a tenant privacy thing and there should be a standard login for the unit. 2. The sofa bed in the master did not have the right size sheets. We had to use the flat sheet which, again, was fine but at this price point, we expected all appropriate supplies to be provided. 3. There were limited starter supplies. A unit that sleeps this many should be equipped with 2x the basics than a standard 1 family condo. We would consider again but would look for a condo where the price matches what is provided.

Caribe 1103 D Bldg. - BEST BAY LOCATION

First, the condo was perfect. From the beds to the furnishings!! Then the deck!!!!! Great view of Perdido Pass and seeing all the boats coming and going!! We brought our boat down this year and what an awesome time we had!! Cobalt's Restaurant next door and so nice to just walk right over!! This was a FANTASTIC VACATION!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Also, check out OSO Early for breakfast. Caribe is a very nice resort!!
