PositiveWe loved the house, location, pool, beach not real busy compared to the “big” condo units.We arrived on Saturday, and by Sunday, we had issues: First, the A/C went out completely on all floors. We called your office, and within the hour, a repairman came. There was no electricity in any of the units on the outside, and it was beyond his knowledge. He called an electrician, and within 90 minutes, one arrived and changed the breaker in the outside box, resolving the issue. We were totally impressed with your quick response to the AC problem.The garbage disposal wasn’t working. We reported it, and within a short time, a repairman came. Again, we were impressed with Harris Management. Negative:On Sunday, while the repairman was fixing the A/C, we reported that two bedrooms (one on the bottom floor and one on the middle floor) were missing their remote controls for the lights and ceiling fans. He looked for the remote with us and couldn’t find it. He said he would look in the warehouse for a replacement remote and get back to us. We never heard from him again… we ended up buying two fans for the bedrooms. Thankfully, there were lamps in the rooms, but the overhead lights would have been nice, but the fans were necessary!.There were no measuring spoons in the kitchen. They just had to guess the approximate.There were two mixers in the kitchen, but no beaters could be found anywhere. We had to buy our mixer for the week.The curtains on the lower l
