WOW! is what you will say when you see this condo! You now have FINALLY found the condo that you need to rent for your family and friends! When you enter this condo, you will immediately cast your eyes on the incredible view of the ever changing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. You will see an endless stretch of white sandy beach all the way from the east to the west with no side views getting in your way for a full view of our white beaches. We are in building 3 #3803 on the eighth floor. You will see guests playing in the water with their families and friends on this pristine white sandy beach. You can bring your own lawn chairs for the beach or rent them for that perfect tanning by God's rays of sun. This unit was professionally decorated. When I tell you that everything has been remodeled it has been done.
We do NOT rent the entire months of March-October or any other months at a discount except Nov; Dec; Jan; & Feb; to SNOWBIRDS & you must stay at least one month. If you attempt to book we will have to cancel your reservation.
The longest fishing pier in the southeast is open 24 hours a day & only a mile from our complex. The Creek Indians have opened a fabulous amusement & water park with great places to eat & let the kids ride the rides. The Tanger Outlet is about 15 min. away with shopping everywhere. We are next to three grocery stores so everything is convenient.

The snow white sands of our beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few feet away. There are five towers at Seaside 1,2,3,4 & 5. Only building 3, the tower that we are located in has a direct view. Other towers have just a side view or non of the beach. in the Tennis Villas.

The number 3 stands for what tower you will be located in & the number 8 means the floor you will be on. We are on the eighth floor. This unit faces the gulf where you can hear the ocean roars at night from your master suite, the den and our kitchen. You can't believe the view from this unit. Our patio will be where you will want to be when the sun rises with its glory and the sun sets to pink, orange and gold colors. You will surely want to photograph it for your memories.

Imagine dinner on the patio or having your first cup of coffee here. You can even see the dolphins swimming east in the mornings and swimming westward in the evenings. This unit has been decorated and accessorized with upscale and high end designer furnishings to make you want to come back. This is not typical for a condo rental unit but we wanted our guests to have the very Best! We just bought expensive black out wooden designer blinds so you can have complete privacy & to cut out the sun as it rises the next morning.

Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a smooth top stove, hardwood floors in all of the unit and a lot of dishes and pots and pans. We even provide the beginning of condiments such as tea, coffee with the filters, sugar, sweet and low, creamer. We provide an initial roll of paper towels, toilet tissue until you can get to the store, small bar of hand soap, & dishwasher pods for the dishwasher.

We have custom murals in the den, bedroom and the bathrooms to match the décor of the rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and it faces the Gulf of Mexico. One bedroom has twin beds and the designer put egg crates on the mattress and then another secret layer to the beds. The beds are heavenly.

The den has a brand new queen sized sofa sleeper that can accommodate three children. We have a 2 inch foam mattress pad cover to make this bed very comfortable for our guests. This den also has a new 50' LCD high definition flat screen television and the bedrooms both have flat screen televisions. They are mounted on the walls so that you can watch television from your bed. All of the furniture in the entire condo is upscale furniture.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything and it includes both types of coffee makers, blender, electric can opener, a toaster and all the utensils that you might need to make your own culinary delights. The designer dining table can accommodate six guests and we also have four bar stools. For your convenience, we have a brand new washer and dryer so that you won't have to take those dirty clothes home. We provide a vacuum, ironing board and iron and all of the linens for your stay with us. We have a high speed Internet connection that is free so bring your laptop if you like to brag to your friends about your stay with us. This is only if you have to stay plugged into your computer while you are on vacation.

Does fishing, golf, shopping & OWA Park with it's rides & their new water park interest you? The OWA Water Park has indoor water rides. The new state park has opened up to the longest pier in the southeast and it is open 24 hours a day. It has a tackle shop and at the end of the pier where you can even clean your fish before you leave. The best place to buy your fishing license is Walmart and they even have your bait. There are benches all up and down the pier for you to sit while fishing. We have ten great golf courses here that are renowned and the shopping opportunities are outstanding and only a few blocks away. There is a huge outlet mall with 150 stores in it about twenty minutes from our condo. If you like to shop, there are hundreds of boutiques, souvenirs shops, grocery stores, and specialty shops near our condo. The new Wharf complex has a great Ferris wheel for the kids, a large movie theater, shopping and dining, and concerts outdoors where famous singers come to perform for us. Many company meeting are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach area has hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats and the fishing is absolutely superb. You can book for as many hours as you can afford or take a full day if this is your passion. They will clean & box up your fish for you to take home.

Our condo will make you feel at home even though you are hundreds of miles away from your own. You will see all of the little things that we did for you to make your stay with us that much more fun. Our website description is very accurate. You will feel like our condo was like walking into a close friend's home each evening, which makes you feel that you have found the right place to stay! Almost everyone has given us all five stars. There are many new great places to eat & we can tell you the ones our guests rave about.

Additional information- adults & families only- age 21 or older, no student rentals, sorry no pets,(kennels available). 9:00 AM Check-ou 3:00 PM Check-in. All guests must purchase a parking permit for $50.00 for each car for your entire length of stay. Only two passes per condo are allowed. No loud music, kids going up & down elevators by themselves & loud noises are NOT allowed at Seaside. We are a very family oriented complex with 24 hours of security provided for you daily. Security will warn you if you are breaking Seaside laws & if you are underage & drinking you could be evicted if caught. Anything left on our beaches after 6:00 PM are now picked up by the state police daily & are thrown away. You must not leave anything of yours on our beaches anymore unless attended to or risk it being thrown away to keep our beaches clean. This is a new law & was enacted in 2016.

Orange Beach has also sunk a ship so that scuba diving can get better each year. Don't forget about Waterville Water Park in Gulf Shores & the newest one opening in 2022 In the OWA Park. It has so many new rides. The Zoo in Gulf Shores is famous. It was shown on National Geographic. Across the street from Seaside are two amusement parks that the kids love to play put put golf & to ride the cars on the track. The inside is like Chucky Cheese where they can also play arcade games. We have three major grocery stores within a mile from our complex, renowned restaurants for wonderful seafood, steaks, pizza, or anything else you may like to eat. Most places even deliver to your condo. You are in the Seafood capital of the world so enjoy the seafood while in our area.

Outside we offer two pools & one heated pool indoors for our winter guests. We have a workout room, sauna, steam room, rest rooms in the indoor pool area with lockers & showers that you can use. Be sure to ask the guard where this is located. We have barbecue grills located throughout our complex with picnic tables located beside them for your convenience. We also have a very large clubhouse that you can rent that has a full kitchen, tables, furniture with couches & coffee tables, & a big flat screen TV. You can use this room for a small gathering to have your family reunions or business meetings.

Now all you have to do is check our calendar to see if we have your dates. VRBO will now let you book our condo on line by using your choice of credit cards. We require a deposit of $100.00 & the balance 30 days before you arrive. All of our 2026 prices have been downloaded. Now that you have found the BEST condo at Seaside you better get it booked fast.

We do NOT book ANY months except for the snowbirds the months of November-February of each year. Please do not try to book a few days from November thru February because our rates are for snowbirds staying at least a month with us. We have guests trying to do this & we have to give them a refund & their deposits back. We don't want anyone to be disappointed by not reading this first.
Snowbirds please check our rates on line from November-March 1. We DON'T rent for just a few days from November to February. We ask that you stay at least a month with us.

We have a lady that assists our guests & once you make a reservation she will be tucked into your suitcase you just can't see her.
