Dear Kathleen, Thank you for coming to stay with us. You left our condo in great condition & we are so happy that you loved our condo. I decorated this condo myself & I make sure everything stays up to date, maintenance is done when needed, & that we take care of our guests as if they are our family. Dear Jane, We give six large towels, six wash clothes & a hand towel for each bathroom. We do have a washer & dryer that you could have used anytime that you would have needed it. We have had many towels missing if we leave more than enough for each day since we have a washer & dryer to use. I am sorry that you found this a problem but I wanted to explain why we don't leave more. I'm glad that everything else was fine & that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Dear Erin, Thank you for your wonderful review. Sadly not everyone is happy with all mattresses in condos & hotels. We get lots of people loving our beds & this is the first time in 15 years that I have heard this. I myself like a very soft bed but others like a firm bed. Our mattress is only a few years old but I will consider putting more padding on the mattresses if I get anymore complaints. Thank you for letting our guests know that we have a wonderful view of the beach, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, & that we are close to everything. Dear Amanda, I am so sorry that you had to give us a three stars for our rating. We have never gotten anything but 5 stars for over 15 years now. That rating caused us to go from 5 stars to a 4.9 rating that will now stay with us for a year. But it let our new guests know that I do answer my phone & take care of issues immediately. I treat others like I would like to be treated. It is a Jesus thing for me. I decorated this condo & I do all of the upkeep, maintenance, & keep everything working in the condo. I work very hard to communicate with our guests, clean the unit to perfection & our property is so beautiful from our balcony where you are right on the gulf. You can see from the east to the west as far as you can see. Only building 3. that we are in, is in this tower. If you rent a unit in any other tower you have a side view of the beach. Look for condos that start with a 3 & that indicates the tower number. We are on the 8th floor which gives us the most amazing view of the gulf of Mexico. Shane please consider us the next time you come our way. thank you for leaving our condo so nice when you all left. We don't get that all the time so you spoiled us!!

Dear Mary, I could hug your neck if I could see you. Your review was outstanding. This is the first year this condo has been on VRBO & it is already a Premier Partner with all 5 star reviews. I try so hard to stay in touch with our guests & to let them know that they actually have someone that they can call or text from 10:AM until midnight everyday. When guests take a vacation if they have a problem they want to talk to someone. I not only clean the condo but I give our guests my Email address & my cell phone number where they can text or call me. If I am busy with another customer I call back within two hours. I make sure you have the code to our front door before VRBO sends it to you on your day of check in. I feel you need that code as soon as you pay in full for your vacation. We also have a set of keys in ou separate lockbox in case for some reason you can't use the code on our door.I have done this for 18 years so I try to think of anything that has happened to me in the past with guests & I solve it before it happens again. Customer service is still in Vogue & that is the difference between us & other VRBO owner's. Thank you is not enough for your review & please come stay with us again or tell your friends about us. Dear David, Wow!! Your review was specular. We just want our guests to know that they can actually call me on my phone as I take calls from 10:AM until midnight everyday. I am so glad that I was able to fix your issue as that is why I come with this condo. I was taught to give service & to love our customers. I ran a store called Sally Beauty company that did a million dollars a year so I am very familiar with what it takes to please guests. I actually won every award they gave out. I am not bragging but it took many 18 hour days to achieve this & it spilled over into this business. I love my customers & I will do anything to please them. This is sadly missing in rentals through a rental company or an on line booking agent. I actually send our guests my phone number & my Email address so that if there is any problem I can solve it before the guest leaves. Dear Jennifer, I send out a final packet to our guests a week or two before you all check into the condo. It has the exact directions as to how to use the lock. We also have two keys in a lock box with that combination included in case the batteries have run out on the lock. This way we have two ways to access our locks on our door. I sure hate that you all had a problem with my directions. If you had called me I could have also walked you through the steps. I answer my phone from 10:00 AM until midnight each night. This was Memorial Day weekend & everything up & down the beach was packed. They also had a big name performing at the Wharf that week-end. We were told that Flora Bama guests couldn't even find parking. I can't remember ever when we had so many guests other than on the fourth of July. Thank you for letting other guests know that we have a wonderful condo to stay in & that our view is amazing from our balcony. Dear Therese, John's condo has been on a rental program for 15 years. He just spent $12,000.00 on a remodel this past November. He bought a brand new couch that costs $1,500.00, new rug under the couch was $300.00, new bedspread in the master bedroom that was over $700.00 with new designer accent pillows, brand new sheets, new mattress covers & brand new king sized pillows that were in the master closet that were not flat. Those that you used were for the sofa sleeper. I had just washed those bedspreads at my home the week before you checked into the condo. We keep an extra set of bedspreads in the condo to change out every few weeks because of germs & that had been done. The reason the washer is small is because only the 3 bedroom condos can accompany large washers & dryers. His condo was built in the late 90's & the closet wasn't made large enough for a large washer & dryer. In 15 years we have never had a complaint about the size of his washer & dryer. As a matter of fact it is only two years old & costs about $1,400.00 as it is stackable & a special size. The condo has a all new bedding in the master bedroom that was about $750.00, all new hardwood floors in each bedroom at the cost of over $3,000.00 a brand new shower curtain in the master bathroom with brand new liners in each tub. All of the ceilings were scrapped of the popcorn & every ceiling was painted white. This was over $3,000.00. I had done a deep clean from all of the dust that took me three solid days & nights to clean. The painters that did the ceilings had to come back because they didn't finish the edges off to my satisfaction. This caused major dust to get all over everything again. I again spent three full days & nights cleaning every baseboard, walls, ceilings, ceiling fans, every wall that was high. I had to use a ladder to get to those places & every hard surface in John's condo again. Both of these deep cleans cost the owner $1,000 of major cleaning. There were NO cobwebs in this condos unless they were behind a set of blinds in the den or master bedroom. I personally cleaned every blade of the blinds in the twin bedroom & kitchen twice. I even texted you the night before your arrival to let you know that we had already cleaned the unit & you could arrive that night at no charge to you because you had children. You told me you all were getting a hotel room but I told you that you could check in before 3:00PM at no charge also. You failed to mention this in your review. I checked all of my texts & I never received a text or a phone call from you while staying with us. I send out a final packet before our guests arrive that has my personal phone number & my own Email address. No owners on VRBO ever furnish this to their guests. But I want our guests to call us if they have a problem. I know John's condo is always spotless because most of the time I clean it myself & I am a neat freak about it being clean. John Is a Premier Partner on VRBO & in 15 years has never gotten a 3 rating & only two 4's. Everything else has been all 5"s. When you rented the rent is very reasonable & the condo is very updated. You can go back & see on our pictures that I took this year that our condo is beautiful. I am sad that you were not happy but the things you listed are way out of line when you look at all of our other reviews with all 5's. I hope that the next time you rent through VRBO that your needs will be met. We are sorry you were unhappy but I never heard a word about this until you left this review.

Dear Eric, Thank you for your very nice review. i wanted to thank your family for leaving our condo so clean when you left. Sadly the parking fee is the same price everywhere at the beach now. Because of two hurricanes & a really bad hail storm two years ago this summer, the insurance to cover our complex is now in the millions of dollars instead of thousands. This helps some to off set this cost. We also have cameras all over the property that are monitored by our guard that works 12 hours each day right now. When our guard leaves they have a station that is very close to us & is monitored the other 12 hours. Our police station is only about a mile from our complex & if they have to be called they respond within five to ten minutes. This is the same thing for our fire department. We try very hard to have a spotless condo, comfy beds, & a great view of the beach. Everyone deserves a vacation to get away & just unwind. Thank you for staying with us & please tell others about us if they need a great condo to stay in for their vacation needs.

Thank you so much for your special review of our newly remodeled condo. You were our first guests to stay in it after I remodeled it. We had bought a brand new designer couch, coffee table, designer bedspreads, new shower curtain in the master bedroom, new hardwood floors, ceiling all freshly painted, & a great new leather chair that you can plug your phone up into it to charge it. Thank you for letting other guests know that the pictures don't even do it justice. You have to actually stay here to realize you don't want to go home or if you come back next year you better book it before you leave. This year we are already half full for the season & this is only January. Yes, it will be spotless because my assistant, Candy, is a neat freak & she makes sure everything is just like your home would be as far as making it so cozy & inviting. She remodeled our condo, does guest relations, & makes sure everything works in our condo. Thank you again for letting other guests know just how nice our view is off of the balcony also. After all our guests want to be sure they are getting a full view of the beach & not a side view that is blocked by other towers in our complex. This is why building 3 gets many guests to book our condo. I would say it is the nicest condo in our complex of building 3 but we are partial because we love to make sure that you are treated like you are one of our family members. Candy gives you her personal phone numbers & her Email address before you come so that if you have any problems in our condo you a phone call or text away from having it solved. Please come back & stay with us again & your review was really true about our beautiful condo.

Dear Albey, I think you all stayed right before the indoor heated pool was re-opened along with the sauna & steam room. We were having a new roof replaced since we had two hurricanes last year & a massive hail storm a week after the entire beach recovered from every complexes roofs needing major repairs. Sadly the supplies were short & took over two years to get all of the roofs replaced. We just had to wait our turn to get workers, supplies & insurance coverage for so much damage to all complexes was extremely time consuming. Luckily the beach was open along with both of our outdoor pools, barbecue grills, tennis courts & shuffle boards were working. The beach is so pretty from our balcony so I was so glad that you all got to enjoy all of our other amenities. All the roofs are repaired now so please come back to see us. I loved being able to meet you all & to talk a few times on the phone to help you all. I am looking forward to you coming back with your buddies.

Dear Nancy, I am so sorry that you had trouble with our keys. They are only to be used in an emergency in case the batteries have gone out in the battery operated lock on our door for you to punch in just four numbers. I will redo my final packet & tell the guests to use the code on the door first & that the keys are only to be used if that door lock won't work. We learn something all the time from our guests. Thank you for letting me know about that. I am very happy that you enjoyed our condo so much & that you noticed how spotless I am about it being even cleaner than most condos. We use Lysol to wipe everything down & everything else we use kills germs. We have a system down that usually takes us about three hours to clean whereas the Big Rental companies give their cleaning people only about 30 minutes to clean a unit & get out. We can't even strip the beds & put sheets in the washer & dryer along with getting all of our cleaning supplies ready to go in that amount of time. I am a neat freak so I make sure I clean this condo like I do my own home. Our guests deserve this & we hope that you will book with us again when you visit this way again.

We have bought a brand new sofa sleeper, a new coffee table, a beautiful new rug to go under the coffee table, a new soft teal bedspread for the master bedroom that is a designer fabric, we are having the ceilings scraped in November, & we are putting brand new hardwood floors in the bedrooms in the condo in November. We didn't have a single day that our condo wasn't rented this year until November & then our snowbird arrives until March of 2023. Our guests love the updates we do, it being so clean, kitchen has everything a home would have, & our views from our patio windows looks directly on the beach with no trees or pool's blocking your view. You can look all the way from the east to the west to see the bluish green waters of the gulf. Only building 3 out of five towers has this view & us being on the 8th floor really gives you that magnificent view. Please come stay with us again & thank you for taking such good care of our condo.

The few maintenance issues are still left over from two storms last year & a really big hail storm that happened to our area in between the two hurricanes. It is still hard to get parts from manufactures because of the nations shipping problems to get just about anything. Our complex is aware of those small things & is daily trying to get these few things finished. We have come a long way baby!! Please come back to see us so that by next year your baby can get into one of our three pools. So happy your family enjoyed the views from our condo & that you loved staying with us as everyone tells us the same things. Dear Robert, We are very sorry you had problems with getting into our condo with only using one hand. The code to use the door code is very easy to use you just have to put the four digit code into the door & it opens. We also have a set of keys in our lock box in case the battery has gone out in the door lock. Most people only use the door lock rather than the keys as it is much easier. The reason the parking lot was so full is there was a full house because of a big concert at the Warf with the Dobie Brothers performing. They have concert all summer long there but this concert sold out in the first day of the tickets. It was also the last week-end of kids being out of school for their last week-ends. We are so sorry you had a problem with so much going on at the beach the week-end you came to our beaches. Please come stay more than just two days so that you can relax in the sun more days.
