We really enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect size for 4 of us. It was well kept and clean. Perfect view of the beach from the balcony and short walk down to the water!

Ideal Location

direct access to the beach and within walking distance of shopping, groceries, and restaurants makes the stay much more pleasant. can't beat that view!

Lovely Stay

We stayed for a long weekend, and the condo had everything we needed. Couldn’t beat the views, and the short walk down to the beach. Easily the least crowded area of the beach during peak season.

As Advertised!

Ideal location with minimal beach traffic. Unit was clean and exactly as described and depicted in pictures. **Note for coffee drinking folks that there is an 8 cup filter style coffee pot along with Keurig style as well.

Nice little space for a relaxing time

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Check-in and out was easy. The condo was super clean and organized with a very comfortable bed and amazing view. It had the basic necessities. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Bc the building is smaller, the beach area felt way less crowded than some of the other areas. Wi-Fi and cable worked perfectly the entire time.

BEST location and view!

This was our second time to stay at the Emerald Sky and it does not disappoint! Check in and check out was a breeze with communication at its best. The entire property was clean and just adorable and the view from the patio was beautiful day and night! Sunsets on the patio or a short walk to the beach, this place has everything you will need for making a great memory! The location was easy to get to and so many choices for fun and food nearby! We will be back again and again every chance we get!

Nice Little Condo

For a one bedroom unit, it had enough space for two people. For families with young children, there would be enough room for them, too. It was clean, smelled fresh and was updated. The pool is small, but it felt heated which was very nice in March. Overall, a nice condo for someone looking for smaller place to relax...nice views from balcony.

We have stayed here several times. As always the accommodations are fantastic. My wife did want me to suggest having a larger regular-sized skillet. The only one provided was an eight inch skillet. Made cooking breakfast a challenge but she made it. Regardless, we love this place!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of three. It was a great value for the price. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The couch is small but comfortable. We booked this condo because of its close proximity to the beach and didn't spend much time in the condo, and I wouldn't recommend this condo for comfort if you plan on spending a lot of time indoors. It is decorated nicely and is very bright and clean. We set up the outdoor chairs we brought on the patio because they were more comfortable than the patio furniture. The pool is small and is on the parking lot side of the building, but was nice for a quick swim after the beach each day. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

RELAXATION PARADISE! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

The absolute PERFECT condo & location for a beach getaway. Perfect for 2-6 people, comfortably. We stayed 7 days and not once did we feel as if another owned this unit. It is literally within walking-distance of EVERYWHERE one might need to go. The ocean at this spot is super clear AND shallow, as we were able to walk straight out to the sandbar withis water reaching mid-chest. No complaints of any sort- just fond and special memories made at Emerald Skye 45- Our Forever-Vacation paradise!

Quick Get-Away

The property is in a great location away from the crowds of Gulf Shores. The Emerald Isle property is not a large as most beachfront condos so the beach was not crowded at all. The condo itself (#45) was nice and clean with a fabulous view! The ONLY criticism was the bed mattress seemed past its prime and the balcony furniture was also a little tired. But overall, a wonderful retreat! Warning, take your own beach chairs... the rentals on the beach are quite steep!

Was the perfect location

The stay was adequate and the location worked for our needs. The space was clean and generally as described, but there were a few things that impacted the overall comfort of our visit.There were quite a few house rules, and many signs posted throughout the property. While we understand the need for clear expectations, the tone of the signage felt a bit harsh and unwelcoming at times. A gentler approach would go a long way in helping guests feel more at ease.The furniture was minimal and not very comfortable—some pieces were worn or not very functional, which made relaxing in the space a bit difficult.Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but with some small adjustments in tone and furnishings, it could be a much more pleasant experience.

Nice condo, poor facilities

Overall, the condo was nice. The view of the gulf was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The management company was quick to handle problems. However, the property was disappointing. The one elevator was slow, the parking was non-existent for any guest as you only receive one pass and there is no overflow area, the pool is not much bigger than a hot tub and is on the parking lot side surrounded by a concrete wall. The second-hand smoking we experienced as we sat on our balcony almost made it unbearable as one of us is allergic, and it made it impossible to keep our door open at all. Even though the condo was nice enough, we would not go back.
