Place was a great place only downside was when we first checked in, the counters and floors were still dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned. Also the blankets in the closet were stained and unusable.

The property is across the street from Walmart and a few minutes from Publix. The is our second vacation at SeaChase. The property grounds are well maintained. The only recommendation I would suggest is consider a secure method of obtaining rental information. A gmail account and a unsecure text does not protect personal data.

A little dated, lighting above shower was very sketchy, internet was not working kept asking for router code, only one elevator do every time you had to go up or down was 15-20 mins. I spoke to multiple worker that said this has been broke for months

We normally vacation in Seaside/Rosemary beach in Florida. I was a little disturbed that the taxes, fees, and parking combined were almost the same charge as the rental itself. We have never been used to that when we go to Florida for vacation. Not a fan of that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying at SeaChase. The only suggestions we have are to have some coffee filters in the rental and to work on the TV's. The remotes didn't turn on the TV or control the volume at all. There were also hoards of biting flies that I have never experienced in Orange Beach and some extermination would have been nice around the outdoor pools and hot tubs. It could have been from Ian as well not sure

Perfect relaxing Vacation

Seachase is perfect! Great amenities and great location. The check in and check out were SO easy! The gate guards were extremely friendly with my day guests. The condo was perfect!! I only needed a place to sleep and look out to see/hear the ocean. The only thing I could say negative is that the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy. It was on wheels and obviously springs. It was comfortable but noisy when you moved. The furniture has changed from what is in the picture. It was very simple which is all I needed. All other aspects of the condo were great. I took full advantage of a short walk to the beach everyday. Having multiple pools & hot tubs to choose from was a plus. I will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our yearly stay at Seachase! 1103W does need some updates. The dining room chairs are beyond filthy and stained. The sofas and living room chair are in terrible condition. The kitchen needs a few updates. Owners should consider a knife set and updating a few things. Overall the condo was clean with the exception of the furniture. The patio furniture was amazing and views from 11th floor were unmatched.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean , beautiful facility, great beach , great pools and hot tubs , very nice indoor pool also . Very easy to check in , they actually gave us the room about 2 hours early , which helped us out . Great location in orange beach . The only complaint we had was the stove top had 4 burners unfortunately only one worked , the oven was very slow to cook anything , and the frying pans need to be replaced , they were in terrible shape . Never did find the outdoor grills that we were told were outside to use ?? Great built in ice maker at the west bar was great to have . Over all great vacation rental 👍

Everyone on property (staff and workers) were friendly and helpful. You never can know about the guest that will be there when you was wonderful...such lovely people. Only one problem over the week was that we often had to deal with having only one working elevator. That's rough when you are on the 11th floor.

Staying at SeaChase was a HUGE mistake!! The property needs to close for cleaning and provide a person who is available to greet as we arrive, to be on call for issues that may arise. While there the elevator got stuck and a little boy was in there alone screaming for help!!!! Also, when we reported it and was assured that it was repaired, did not work the next day. We had to clean our unit. There was no mop and we were unable to use our patio for 2 days because painters were painting! We were there to relax but was awakened by the painting crew.
