Kitchen has been updated with quartzite counters and custom sink & faucet, stainless steel appliances. Entire condo had been recently painted. Bar area has ice maker. Laundry closet off kitchen with customized built-in shelves and stackable washer/dryer. The boardwalk to the beach provides easy beach access. A convenient short walk to seven outstanding dining choices including SALT at SANROC CAY, VOYAGERS at Perdido Beach Resort or THE GULF Restaurant. SANROC also offers great shopping and fishing and water sports fun! To maintain privacy, enter the GP community through its electronic security gate. Beautiful condo, easy access to the beach, enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool areas, and Tim (the owner) was very communicative and easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations for our father and son fishing trip. Always love staying at the Grande Point. Watching the boats come in and out of the pass is nice.

Had a great stay. Talking to the manger was super easy and check in was the easiest I’ve ever done! Very clean quiet property. Highly recommended for others!

Great location

Love staying at Grand Pointe. First time staying on the pass side and really enjoying watching the boats. Super comfortable beds and all of the comforts of home, plus the beach!

Very Clean & Well Stocked

Everything was great. We enjoyed both the unit and location. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The complex was very clean and well maintained even though it was a holiday. Would defiantly stay here again.

Great family vacation

Would stay again. Only thing we would change would be for the kitchen to be a little better stocked with measuring spoons, strainer, and a few other essentials to be able to enjoy the very nicely updated kitchen.

Great condo in perfect location

We had a great time. The condo was well equipped, high end finishes and decor. Spent most of the time on the balcony soaking in the view and watching the boats go by. Owner was easy to work with.

Quick getaway

We came down to Orange Beach for a quick recharge as the summer was coming to an end. This condo was great and met all our needs. Location was awsome and the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The beds slept well and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Would definitely book here again.

Orange Beach condo #305

Tim contacted us and the process for check-in and communication with him was so easy and user-friendly. The condo was as-billed-spacious, clean and well-outfitted. The beach was great and it was an easy walk/drive to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would go again.

Nice and comfortable place

This was our first sisterscation and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and comfortable condo. Good parking with easy in and out access. Tim was very quick in answering my questions and gave us great recommendation for places to eat. I definitely recommend it.

Love this condo

We all absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was clean, had necessities in each bathroom and kitchen which was nice that we didn’t need to buy hand soap or dish soap. The owner was fast to answer any questions. I love the location of the condo. We will stay there again.

Wonderful condo !

Condo was spacious and clean and comfy. Never waited on an elevator and plenty of parking spaces. My husband and son caught their limit fishing on the jetties while us girls watched from the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Trip to Orange Beach

Very nice upgraded and comfortable unit 305. Could not have been better. Great internet, wi-fi, TV, deck furniture, interior furniture and decorations. Great kitchen, ice maker, very well furnished. Great location on the inlet and the beach. Lots of fun to watch the boats in and out of Orange Beach and the folks on the beach.

Labor Day Getaway!

Had a great time at Grand Pointe, this unit has everything you need, we walked next door to dinner one night to The Gulf and also enjoyed cooking one night at the condo, plenty of kitchen items. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and fantastic porch overlooking bridge, gulf and waterway. Sitting on the couch outside having coffee and watching all the boats come in and out was a highlight! Beach was great and not crowded. I used the little gym on site which was also nice. We can’t wait to return!
