Nothing short of wonderful!

The property was lovely with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was spacious, clean, and accommodated our family nicely.

Amazing Stay

The view to the beach, the inside/outside pool. Easy access to everything and right on the strip where everything (food, fun) for the family. The apartment had everything me and the family needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend renting through you’ll.

Nice family trip

We had a great stay while we were at this condo. The only issue was that we weren't able to find extra blankets (there were plenty of sheets). The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and even a slow-cooker, which we put to good use. Property was nice and we had no issue getting an elevator either. Pool was nice and well-maintained. We had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not too fancy.... older condo, but very clean. Wasn’t expecting to pay $55 for each parking pass. Was under the impression it came with two passes, but I was wrong. Good for a girls trip. Would stay again.

Disappointed

Property needs updating, rugs cleaned, toilets that work, furniture cleaned, TV’s that work, new mattresses and outdoor furniture cleaned. On a positive note, the repairman and maintenance men were nice.

Phoenix properties are known to be too notch. The condo could use a few updates. Counter tops have some damage and could stand to be replaced. The master bathroom countertop also needs to be replaced. Master bed is excellent. It is very comfortable as we’re the other beds. Could use a new chair in the living room. Recliner. The condo was just plain nothing over the top. Could use nicer patio furniture on the balcony. Stayed at beach colony a couple years ago and it was really over the top.

Ugh

Not what we expected. Furniture was past its prime. Chair with broken leg, plastic furniture on the balcony that almost blew away, literally. Mattresses were older, coffee pot so old the mechanics quit while we were there. Insulation around the door howled all night. The facility and the tower were nice. No instructions for the TCLV’s and they were all different. Not enough plug ins for electronic devices. We will probably go back to using Vacasa.

Overall, it was very clean, but it is definitely time to have the furniture and bedroom carpets deep cleaned. Adding a loveseat would be nice, as some of us had to sit on kitchen chairs to watch tv at night. Maintenance needs to fix toilet handle in master bedroom, it fell off every time it was flushed. Kitchen was very well stocked, so cooking was no problem. I do recommend getting new knives, they were so dull they wouldn’t cut through butter. Also, need a new vegetable peeler. We will probably rent again, it’s a great family place!!

Reviewer Comments: This place was not fancy , but it was plenty spacious , the view was great , and the amenities were fine for a bunch a few women and teenagers . They do mislead you when they say “ check in is AFTER 3pm”. In my mind ( and I’m pretty sure in most everyone’s mind ) that means you can check in after 3 pm.Our room wasn’t ready and available until 430, and each time we asked we were told that we knew in advance that “ check in is AFTER 3 pm “. This left us unexpectedly siting in the lobby for 1.5 hrs. So if you book ,DO NOT assume you’ll be allowed to check in at 301!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view was excellent. We enjoyed the amenities and all that Pheonix had to offer. We did find roaches in the room, the bathtub and sink were nasty and needed some cleaning, and the beds were not very comfortable. Even with these issues, we loved the condo and its size, its remodeled style, and the pool amenities.
