Our condo smelt like mildew and had stained carpet in the bedrooms. Every cabinet in the kitchen was full of dish ware so our groceries had to be kept on the counters. Aside from this the location was great, access to the unit was easier and convenient and the oversized balcony was a delight.

Beach Trip 2025

The property and overall location were great and absolutely as advertised! The rooms were spacious, and the view out to the ocean from the main bedroom bed was spectacular. We stayed up to watch the storms out at sea and it was the most beautiful light show. We had a large crowd (5 adults/1 almost adult) and were extremely comfortable in the space. It would be great for families with little kids too. The property was clean. The check in staff with the management company were great. They accommodated and earlier check-in and our group couldn't have been more grateful for that after driving all night. We'll definitely be back!

Anniversary of one year since my husband suddenly passed away

There was a very late announcement about parking passes. My sons came at different times from different places. I have a heart condition which was a factor the first night. It was an expense and damage to my vehicle. Will not be recommending this condo to others. Stay at the beach is what we did for years with our sons.

Perfect Location

The resort and area were great. Our particular condo was ok. The balcony was awesome ! It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked….the floors were gross and older furniture was very dusty. Our dishwasher did not work…maintenance came and put an out of order sign on it. But stuff happens. The large overhead kitchen light had no cover on it. It just needs a little TLC

We were not happy

When we walked in the kitchen light cover was missing, just walking on the floors your feet turned black so made it feel dirty right away . There is black mold in the shower faucet as well as the ceiling paint chipping in the bathroom . Cooking at the stove the vent was leaking straight into our food . I’m not a complainer at all but this ruined the last part of our trip. We will not be back .

Cozy and Cheerful

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here. The balcony is large and very nice. My wife described the condo as cozy. She says it has an interior decorator touch. The bathrooms are dated, but this was not a deal breaker for us. The location is great. My wife wants us to stay here again next year.The furniture was nice and the chairs and couch are very comfortable.

This was our 3rd time visiting the area. We drove 11 hours to get there. We had some plumbing issues that were fixed within 48 hours and cookware that was replaced as well. The unit was ok with the exception of the dirty balcony and we were too close to the outdoor pool as the noise level traveled right up to the balcony. The "Indoor" pool was across the parking lot as opposed to being in the building which was a little inconvenient...but the Beach was wonderful. I would suggest the chair/umbrella company not set up all their chairs closest to the water...There were several not being used and we felt like 2nd class citizens not renting from them but using our own chairs and umbrella. Might be our last trip to OB for awhile.

Mom and daughter weekend get away
