Place was very clean, photos and descriptions are accurate. We really enjoyed hearing the surf from the sixth floor. Plenty of cookware, etc., in the kitchen. Easy bike ride to gulf state park.

The property was located in the perfect spot. Close to places to eat and convenience stores. Also, situated so finding a place on the beach was easy! Definitely would stay again!

Very cute and spacious condo. The floors really needed to be mopped and the cow rug needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, we have no complaints with our stay! We had a great time. Thank you!

Beautiful Property

This property is beautifully decorated with a fun beach theme. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your trip. Perfect location and beautiful views of the beach. Loved everything about it. Great communication and fast response time. They make it very easy for check-in/check-out. The building lobby area was kept very clean and smelled good every time we walked out of the elevators. People working were very kind and helpful.

Perfect

Great location, very clean and spacious. Perfect place for our family girls' trip! We didn't have any issues, so didn't need to contact anyone. Only negative I would say was that the ice maker is loud, but not a big deal. We will look to book again.

Overall nice stay

The condo itself was nice and the oceanfront location was great. There were two days of our stay that another unit was being worked on. The balcony needed to be re-tiled or something but the noise was loud and continuous starting at 8:00am both days and lasting most of the day. Other than that it was great!

613 The Palms

Great location and we enjoyed our visit to OBA very much! Our condo we found to be very dated with the need of a whole condo redo. One of the Most Important things needed in a rental is for your guest to get a good night rest! The beds have no life left in them which lead to very little sleep. The balcony was a nice size and a great view. Lots of potential for this unit, just need to move everything out and start from ground up with a full overhaul.

Nice place

Everything was great. The only issue was the master bedroom never got really cool temperatures as the rest of the unit. Even with the ceiling fan we had to use a stand up fan we found in the closet to keep cool. The people in the office leave early and take the umbrellas from the pool when they go. They are supposed to leave at 4 but they left at 3 everyday and took away the umbrellas. We otherwise enjoyed everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival we reported that the dishwasher was leaking water and we’re told someone would be out to check it out. No one came. I called the next day and they sent a maintenance person who said it needed a seal. It was never repaired while we were there so we spent out vacation hand washing our dishes. Not how we wanted to spend our time at the beach.

Wonderful time, beautiful property

This was a beautiful place, newly decorated, amazing view! We would love to stay here again. Only negative part was that check in was almost two hours later than arrival time.
