Regency Isle 911 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicada en el noveno piso con vista a las hermosas playas de arena blanca y al Golfo de México. Disfrutará de estas vistas desde el amplio balcón privado, así como desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal con las ventanas del piso al techo. La unidad tiene pintura nueva en todas partes, nueva iluminación y muebles. El salón tiene un sofá cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. La cocina totalmente amueblada cuenta con mostradores de granito, barra de desayuno grande, Keurig, despensa y barra de bar con una máquina de hielo separada. También hay un medio baño y un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora grandes.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y acceso al balcón. El baño principal cuenta con tocadores dobles, bañera de jardín y ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama litera Twin sobre Full, así como una cama individual Twin. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y baño privado.

Very beautiful and clean.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed in it. It has great balcony view, and it is close to restaurants and markets. The check-in/check-out process was super easy, and communication with property management was great.

Had a wonderful time…. Condo location is perfect. Only request would be for more towels, with four people one towel per person kept us doing laundry daily.

Reviewer Comments: Our room and view were fantastic however nearly every day of our vacation the elevators either glitched and you would be stuck in it between floors or totally go down all together. I was on the 9th floor and my other parter 11th. This made getting to and from the beach with our baby a hassle. We were there 5 days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at the Regency Isle condo. Location was great being walking distance to FloraBama. It's an older building. The condo wasn't dirty, but wasn't super clean either - more along the lines of acceptable or a 6.5 out of 10. They have 1 reserved parking space for a condo that sleeps 10-12 people, and the spot is on the opposite side of the building from the unit. The description of the condo stated that it wouldn't be overly stocked due to Covid, but it was still less than I expected as far as the basics. No hair dryer in either bathroom ended up being an issue for us. The size of the unit was very good. The kitchen was a nice size, and the washer/dryer were all good. The balcony is a nice size. The glass table sticking out near the entry to the master bedroom provided a few bruises. I would definitely consider this unit again for a long weekend trip with friends, but I probably wouldn't bring my family for a week, since it just felt a little unkept compared to other places we have stayed along this part of the coast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of if not the best beach condo I've stayed at. The building is great. It's wider than it is tall, so it's easier to spread everyone out on the beach. It won't feel too crowded. The beach is very deep, so there's even more room to spread everyone out. I loved that the building has plenty of carts for luggage, a designated parking spot, and 3 elevators so you never have to wait too long. Unit 911 is updated and everything works as it should. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. The kitchen and living space are roomy. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is amazing! The patio overlooking the beach is spacious as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
