Regency Isle 309 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicada en el 3er piso con vista a las hermosas playas de arena blanca y al Golfo de México. Disfrutará de estas vistas desde el amplio balcón privado, así como desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal con las ventanas del piso al techo. La cocina totalmente amueblada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, barra de desayuno grande, despensa y barra para tragos con una máquina de hielo separada. También hay un medio baño y un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora grandes.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón. El baño principal cuenta con tocadores dobles y una gran ducha de azulejos. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas Queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño adjunto.

We usually love the Regency Isle - but this trip left us wanting.

There were a few issues this time which made us sad because we have used liquid life and the Regency Isle many times with very high opinions.1. The patio furniture was too uncomfortable to use. We had to get our own chairs to sit in. With a lot of rain we needed to be in patio a lot. The bed thing on the patio was mildewed and so thin it was unusable.2. The bathrooms were dirty and broken when we arrived. Hair wads stuck to the walls in the shower. In the guest bath the toilet was broken and wobbly with floors very dirty. In the main bath one showerhead never got hot and there was hair all over.3. The beds in both rooms have poor quality mattresses with springs poking through - none of us are over weight so that's not good.4. The outlets were either behind furniture unable to be reached or they were loose and all the plugs fell out.On the upside the place was very cute in decor and we were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked ready to cook!! The location and view is as always wonderful! And the parking deck is a great plus We are choosing to believe this was a one-off and will definitely return soon!

Beautiful Condo

Great location, we have stayed in a different condo at Regency Isle and love that property. This condo was clean, had the perfect amenities. The management was helpful when I contacted them about some things upon arrival and were quick to offer some options to get them resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The location is great! easy beach access with great sand for the family. Close to music for the adults and within walking distance if you want to have a few drinks. Unit was clean and the balcony is big enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Excellent place, better than photos!

This place went above and beyond what was expected for this price range. Beautiful! And the balcony was large and looked out to the beautiful private beach. Only small issues were the shower pressure was average, and beds need more blankets since they just had sheet and very thin cover on them. So bring your blankets! Parking garage was a little tight for my pickup truck, thank goodness no one parked next to us. Otherwise we will return here next year!

Fabulous condo!

We loved this condo! It was decorated with beautiful artwork and with more amenities than in the description. It had a relaxing, layed back feel and the beds were sooo comfortable. The balcony had plenty of space for the 4 of us to enjoy the gulf view and sunset in the evening. We left feeling relaxed and well rested. Will definitely stay here when we return!

Property Cancelled on Us

We did not stay at this property. We were called one week prior to our trip and told that our reservation was being cancelled because the HOA decided to make repairs to the third floor where our unit was. There were no other units available at the property. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and a little shocked that this would happen, especially so close to our arrival date.

Dirty Property

The location was ok, the co do otself had clumps of hair everywhere when we checked in, 1 of the beds was broken the next day a maintenance man came up said its supposed to be that way (guest bedroom queen bed would cave in the middle) ok sure, the property manager completely ignored the fact that clumps of hair was everywhere. It rained a few days we were there the tv had parental codes on them property manager never responded about that. Overall ok property for being so close to the beach, but would not stay again.

Regency Isle Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Regency Isle. It is so nice to have grills outdoors for cooking. The condo is centrally located to restaurants and shopping.

No reserved parking and half the parking was closed off, possibly due to repairs. Some condo rooms came with 2 parking passes, this one Only had parking pass for one vehicle. Overall, good stay.

Regency 309

The condo was quite comfortable. We've stayed at Regency before so there were no surprises about the property or location. We generally eat lunch out and eat our Joe Patti's seafood treats in at night, so the kitchen is important to us. In 309, I would note there is no can opener, not even a manual one. There is no steamer either. There aren't any microvaveable dishes except for 2 plates as well. The master bathroom has been nicely updated with tile, built-ins, and double shower, but there isn't a single place to hang up a towel, anywhere! Nor are there any hooks on the backs of the 3 doors in the bathroom to possibly hang a towel or bathrobe. And the shower, even with the glass door closed, leaks terribly unless you figure out which shower head and which angle to direct the spray (as we did)! We do like to watch TV and it would be nice to have a laminated cable TV channel guide available. This particular cable set-up was extremely difficult.

Great Location

We love staying at the Regency Isle. At the far end of Orange Beach, it's less crowded than other areas. It's still very close to restaurants like Cobalt and Cotton's, and Publix is close by. The underground parking is nice, and puts you close to the elevators. The beach is just a few steps out the door.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Property location is excellent, overlooking grassy area with palm trees, sand dunes and beach within short walking distance. Condo was okay, needs some attention but management was quick to respond to requests.

Spring break 2020

So after arriving (was not able to get a refund due to COVID-19) the property shut down pools, we thought we would just chill in the room & enjoy take out. The master bath toliet kept running & the floors were so dirty, you would have to wash your feet constantly. We stayed 2 of 4 days & came home early. A lot of the issues were out of property management control but I don’t think they were doing a good job of offering renters an option of not coming & getting some $ back.
