We had a great time!! The condo was spectacular with very nice furnishings and it is super clean. 5 stars all the way. We will definitely book here again.

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our vacation. We have stayed at Regency Isle around five times, and are never disappointed. This condo was very clean and had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Would highly recommend!

I loved this unit in Regency Isle!

The condo was perfect. My husband and I had the king room. My Son, Daughter and 2 of their friends shared the room with 2 queen beds. It was the perfect set up for us.

Fantastic beachfront property

Absolutely loved the unit, the view and the easy access to the beach. not a complaint, but suggest letting renters know they need to bring their own beach towels. Fortunately we did, but we have stayed in Orange Beach many times and they have always been provided as part of the rental property. Thank you for a great stay!

Besties Beach Trip

We booked this condo for a girls beach trip and it was perfect! We loved everything about it! The property was immaculate and exactly as described! The balcony and view was our favorite. The property was small enough to not feel crowded but large enough to provide all the amenities. The property management was superb and prompt to answer every question! We’d love to come back here year after year

Best Balcony Around

I loved everything about Regency Isle 904 but my most favorite thing of all was the HUGE, beautifully furnished balcony. I believe I would have been happy just spending my whole trip out there. The whole place was spotless and smelled clean. My dad walked on the balcony in white socks and it was even spotless outside. His socks were still clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of our favorite units! Some of our favorite things about this unit are the large balcony with great furniture, king and queen beds, the extra half bath, and the kitchen has tons of pots, pans, etc., plus it’s very clean! Our only request would be an ice maker in the bar, instead of the wine cooler. We love Regency Isle because all parking is covered, you load and unload with no worry of the weather, and because there is no pesky gate to get through when you’re walking to the beach!

Best week ever

We have been vacationing in OB yearly since 2017 and this was by far the best time we have had. The condo is amazing, the beach and water were perfect!!! We will be coming back again next year!

Reviewer Comments: check in is at 3 we got in at 4:45. were given our code at 4:30 and cleaning crew were still there. waited 15 minutes was exhausted told them to leave and I cleaned it myself the rest of the day. totally unexceptable but not cleaning crew fault. Now I must say I stay in Regency Isle every year for the fact the property is actually perfect well kept maintained and I love it that is why we keep coming back, hopefully after covid everyone can get back to normal

$1,000,000 View from a beautiful Oceanfront condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides the $1M view, the condo itself was beautiful with so many amenities, including binoculars, TVs, games & books. It was so comfortable and clean. The condo had plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking and serving food. We also used the dryer for our beach towel and wet swimsuits. Lastly, the patio could not be beat. It is private and the VIEW was nothing but white sand and beautiful water. We sat out everyday and drank coffee and watched the yachts and parasailers and of course the beach people. Loved our stay.

The instructions for checking in/out were very clear and concise. The condo was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed throughout our stay. The amenities on this property surpassed my expectations and the beach is very clean and well maintained. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lot's of knick-knacks so you may want to relocate items out of harms way, if you have little ones. Fully stocked with everything - has regular coffee pot as well as Keurig. Not a lot of storage if you are staying for a whole week. Pantry was locked so we lived out of bins and lots and lots of things on the counter tops. Great balcony, great view, great pool. No assigned parking spots due to construction, so 1st come, 1st served. Lots of carts on each floor to carry items to/from vehicles to condo.
