Amplio, bellamente decorado, condominio para no fumadores tiene todas las comodidades para su placer de vacaciones. Impresionantes vistas al frente del golfo desde el estudio, comedor, cocina, balcón y suite principal. Por la noche, recuéstate en tu cama king size, disfruta de la luz de las estrellas y deja que las olas te hagan dormir. I would Have liked to see someone on the property that guest could go to. We had issues late at night with children throwing things on the balcony and a lot of time hitting the sliding glass doors. Did not feel comfortable approaching the parents. Silverware was put back in drawers dirty. Guess it could have been a lot worse.

Great location for the price

Great view of the ocean, solid location and all around solid for the price. I would come back. Decor is a little tired and dishes and drink ware do not match which was frustrating for someone that is trying to entertain.

It was ok

Our stay was good. However, pictures on Vrbo do not reflect the actual shape things are in on the inside. The listing, I feel, had pictures when it was new. It is an older building, which is not the fault of the owner. However, the contents of the condo is a reflection of the owners. There was no guide for tv channels. We had an issue with the king room tv but after contacting the owners, the property manager came, and she did get it working. The top outlets is the bedroom not working without turning on the light switch in the bedroom is a little janky. The balcony was great. However, you could smell cigarette smoke a lot from the other units :-/. The first night someone was playing their music loud. Couldn’t hear the waves crashing for the annoying music. It didn’t go late but just annoying. This particular unit is right next to a water park in the next complex. While on the balcony you heard the water slide water the entire time you were on the balcony. Plus we felt like we were staying at the next complex because we saw every person go down the slide and could see their facial details, it’s that close. The kitchen was horribly stocked. There was only 1 10” skillet. How in the world to you cook breakfast with 1 skillet?? For the amount I paid, I don’t feel I should have needed to bring my own dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bags etc. especially for two people. Again some things owners can’t control but several they can control.

Good place but could use some updating

Great location, perfect condo for what we needed. The popcorn ceiling kept falling off in the bathroom and the WiFi wouldn’t hook up in the bedroom (kept saying wrong password even though it was right). I didn’t reach out to owners because we weren’t there long enough for it to be an issue. Again, great place on the beach! Perfect for our weekend trip.

Girls weekend

Great time at the beach. Yes the building is older, but the unit is in good condition. Yes there are spots on the wall where paint has been touched up, but if this bothers you you need to buy your own place. Enjoyed our time and would definitely consider for a future trip.

Pictures are Deceiving

The condo building itself The Breakers is old and dingy. The view from the balcony was excellent and really the best part of the condo. The condo furniture is dated, old and worn. There is touch up paint which is mismatched in several rooms, and looks very bad. We stayed a week and were informed to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. NO cleaning supplies were provided other than 1 dishwasher pod, 1 trash bag and liquid dish soap. For the amount being charged you'd think that at least a week's worth of supplies would be provided. The bath towels were thin and small, and the pillows were horrible. Overall the bedding was so, so. Most importantly the front door lock isn't secure nor is the front window in the bedroom that had a wooden pole braced in it to keep it from being lifted isn't secure either. Definitely not best value place compared to others around. We made do, made memories and enjoyed the beach.

Much needed relaxation

This condo was perfect for my mother and nephew and I. They have had health issues lately and needed the rest and relaxation . The walk to access the beach from our condo was t very far and they both were able to walk to beach. So much needed relaxation. Condo was perfect!!
