Fall break 2023
As pictured. Pheonix east is the perfect location to see the dolphins and boats every morning just after sunrise! My family loves the location. Property owner had excellant responce time to any questions.

Condo was decent for the size. Seemed to be very clean. The only bad thing is that the sliding glass door in the living room was almost impossible to open.

Thanks for staying with us.! The building folks had an outside company come fix the door. Apparently it lost a roller somehow. Come back and see us!

Great stay
Every part of our stay was wonderful. There was a leak in the unit above ours and they had to bring fans in to limit the damage. It was handled smoothly and we were told we didn't need to have them running unless we left. We spent so much time at the pool and beach so this was not too much of an inconvenience and we were happy to help prevent any unnecessary repairs. The staff on site was super nice and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area as well.

I will tell the housekeeper to clean the right side of the fridge that is beside the stove. I guess someone spattered grease when cooking and she didn’t see it. And to check the king bedsheets for proper fit. Thanks for letting me know. Thanks for staying with us!

Great experience, great location, and spectacular views
We would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful time just relaxing and enjoying , the beach, the dolphins, pools, spas. There is plenty to do onsite, everything you need to prepare meals, just bring the food and enjoy your time together. We had five people in our group so we give it ten thumbs up!!!!

Relaxing, convenient stay
As the title says. The condo was centrally located. Easy, direct access to the beach. The condo was clean, presentable and comfortable. We had our 1.5 year old and 4 year old. They loved the pool and splash pad. Thanks so much! We will reach out again next year!

All around great stay
The condo was everything we wanted! Awesome time!!! I will say that some of the wall outlets in the master bedroom need to be fixed and I would check the air filter/vents more often. But all together it was a great condo for my family!! Perfect location! Owner was very good at communicating and answering any questions I had. We would stay here again in the future!

Great location and view
This condo is in a great location and has the best view there is. Condo is good size and fit 4 of us without a problem. Ran into a couple minor issues but owner was quick to respond and correct issue. I would stay here again without thinking twice

Stay at Orange Beach Phoenix East Condos
The pictures of the property need to be up dated, they were deceiving. The cold water in the kitchen did not work, floors were dirty and one of the draws in the kitchen was broken at the back of the draw. Said there was a $35.00 parking fee for each vehicle and upon arrival was charged $55.00 Toilet in master bedroom did not flush very well, had to hold handle down to flush completely. All in all the condo needs some TLC for what we where charged to stay.

Always love Phoenix East
We try to stay at Phoenix East every time we go to orange beach. Condos are clean and convenient. The access to an indoor pool is great when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Amazing location
We liked the orange beach area. Plenty of restaurants locally. Also, loved the vies from the porch. Amazing to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning. The condo was larger than expected too. Would stay here again!

Very plain condo, limited Living Room seating. Sliding screen door for balcony laying on balcony deck upon arrival. Toaster did not work. Ice maker leaks water into freezer. Bathrooms extremely dark.

Hi Brian. Thank you for staying with us. I have addressed the building management and they will reinstall the screen door. Apparently a worker didn't reinstall after they polished the outside decking. I will order a new toaster. That one is pretty new so I am surprised it is not working,, but appliances can surprise you. It sounds like we need brighter light bulbs in the bathrooms. They were very bright and light when I was there last spring so that is all I can think of that could have changed. Come back and see us!

We had a blast! Perfect condo for our family. By far the best stocked kitchen in a condo. Only thing lacking was a pizza cutter but there was a knife that did the trick. Thank you again Mickey! We will be back next year!!

Marsha, I am so sorry for our housekeeper's calendar error. I am glad she was able to come clean the condo that evening and so sorry it wasn't taken care of before you arrived. She missed it on the calendar somehow. I hope you guys had great beach weather!
