Once we got in (I wasn't sent the entry code before we arrived), it was awesome to see that the property was much roomier than I was expecting! Having private bathrooms in each of the four rooms worked out so well and the large balcony was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. There was noise from the construction next door at 4am the first night (I think they were off loading dumpsters), but very quiet otherwise. The weather was a little cool so we were bummed that we couldn't enjoy the lazy river. The hot tubs were full both times we went downstairs so we didn't get a chance to sit in those either. Overall, the property was clean and comfortable with a clean uncrowded beachfront. All the kitchen amenities were helpful for cooking breakfast and making lunches. It was a great trip and I'd highly recommend this property!

Condo was clean and the kitchen had more dishes, glassware and utensils than previous VRBO units that I have stayed in. Interaction with the owner/property manager was great, they were responsive to all my questions. I would recommend for a large family getaway.

Pure perfection

This place is gorgeous and very spacious! We absolutely loved the lazy river. The view was amazing as well. This was a special trip with my brothers,sister, and elderly mother celebrating my sister's last day of chemo and her cancer remission. A special place for a special trip. My only hang up was that the listing did not say we could not bring but 3 cars but luckily we were able to buy an extra pass from the property. Otherwise we had a great celebration and loved the property.

The property and location were outstanding with 2 exceptions - the icemaker had mold growing in the ice catcher and some of the refrigerator shelves were very dirty. We were very pleased overall and would stay there again.

Great stay

We were nervous with this being our first VRBO stay and through a rental agency-but it turned out amazing. There was great communication-lovely space, the whole property was clean and well maintained. The beach was perfect with full views of sunset and sunrises from our balcony.State parks were within 5 minutes of great trails-great for our little family. Loved the extra blankets and the kitchen stocked with lots of cookware. I would highly recommend this place, and especially for the cost, completely worth it!

Phoenix West 7th Floor, November 2023

Sunset Property which oversaw the rental was great. The condo is lovely and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. There is also a pack-n-play, stroller, toddler table seat, and several beach chairs. FYI, there were NOT twin beds as shown in the pictures and stated on the website. Also, the fridge ice maker does not work, but there is an ice maker near the bar area, so not a big deal. The pools, including the indoor “heated” pool, were too cold to use in early November. Also, the fine print says you only get 2 parking passes, but the 4 bedroom condos can get 3 parking passes. Call the Phoenix West office and verify for yourself if you are going during the high season. You can park on the 7th floor and walk to your condo, which is convenient, but it takes several minutes to drive up and down that many floors. If you hate parking garages, park on a lower floor and take the elevator. If any of the sliding doors are opened for more than 20 seconds, the HVAC system is programmed to turn off, so don’t think you can lay on your bed and open your balcony door to enjoy the sound of the waves without affecting everyone else in the condo. It’s a beautiful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We were extremely impressed with the condo! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. I have never been to a condo so fully stocked with kitchen needs! The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Our favorite was the balcony, the view, the breeze, everything was awesome! Booking it for next year again.

Love this condo

The condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We had plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The view from the balcony was amazing and we would see the dolphins just about every morning. The only problem we had with the condo is the ice maker didn’t work but we made due with out it.

Great Condo!!

This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed in this unit. It has everything you'll possibly need for your stay at the beach. Note: the ice machine does not work and the dishwasher decides when it wants to work, just keep trying. Other than that, this condo is perfect and we'll probably stay again next year.

Fantastic View

This property was such a wonderful fit for our group of 10. The condo was so roomy and equipped with all the necessities and so many extras: board games, sand toys, tons of kitchen utensils and small appliances. The view was absolutely perfect and the balcony was a great size for our entire group to comfortably enjoy.
