  • Nestled in a quaint waterfront neighborhood in Orange Beach, Alabama, Happy Daze is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury duplex offering the perfect blend of relaxation, elegance, and adventure. This spacious east-side duplex features a private pool, waterfront views, an outdoor kitchen, and a boat dock, making it an ideal retreat for families, boaters, and beach lovers. Please note that only the east side is available for rent; the west side is a private residence.

    The Space – Sleeps 12 Comfortably
    Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King-size bed, HDTV, private en-suite bathroom with a tile shower and jetted soaking tub.
    Second Primary Bedroom (Upper Level): King-size bed, HDTV, private deck with waterfront views, en-suite bathroom with a tile shower and clawfoot tub.
    Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room - Upper Level): Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, private bathroom.
    Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen-size bed, HDTV, private en-suite bathroom.
    Living Room: Spacious sectional sofa, HDTV, open-concept design leading to the dining and kitchen area.

    Parking available for up to 6 vehicles. No parking pass required. DO NOT park on the opposite side of the driveway or on the grass.

    BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

    RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day

    MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

    PARKING PASSES: Adequate parking for up to two (2) vehicles maximum. No parking passes are required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

    CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Quiet place to stay

A very quiet area of Orange Beach to stay and close to the things we wanted to do (hikes, shopping and beach walking). Stayed here during the 'off' season which was exactly what we were looking for. Didn't have any major issues with property -just had to call on the upstairs thermostat as the display quit, but the property management was willing to send someone right away (which we didn't want someone to have to work on Christmas Eve!). Loved having several bathrooms to get ready for our day as that saved us a lot of time (4 adults).

Week long stay

We stayed for a week during a baseball tournament. The place was very clean and was conveniently located nearby all the restaurants. And the neighborhood was clean and calm.

Had a few small issues. When we arrived internet was not working but was fix quickly. The pool decking has some weeds growing up in the cracks. The Green egg was not cleaned.

Orange Beach Stay

The house was a great location and loved that each bedroom had its own bath! Pool and outdoor areas were an added bonus. Everyone also loved the games that were provided!! A few things to know to expect or suggestions to change. We have stayed in several beach houses before. This was the first that did not include actual beach/swim towels so we had to go buy some. We had a group of 9. The house sleeps 12. Plenty of space. Only 2 trash bags were provided which is not much for a large group. We had to go buy trash bags. Not every bathroom had soap, shampoo, etc… but some did. Limited soap for the dishwasher and laundry is also provided but not much.

The house needs some major attention!

This is our second stay here. Last august and this august. The house needs some major attention! The air conditioners are not working properly. Downstairs, whether you put it at 72 or 76 it's freezing, the temperature inside was in the 60s, for sure. Sure I didn't mind, but someone else may! Upstairs the temperature could not cool enough. It was too warm! It was super hot outside; so that may be part of the problem. Possibly some lack of insulation. Both air vents had not been changed in too long! But the worst part is the condensation around each air vent. They were constantly moist and dripping. WITH DARK STAINs, some black, surrounding the vents. It appears to be mold, but not 100%. Something more simple, but needs to be addressed is the toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom. It doesn't stay attached. And a step on the back staircase wasn't screwed down. Major safety issue. We didn't have any of these issues last year. It appears the owners of this home either don't know about the deterioration from last year, or don't care. I will say…. I called Beachball about these issues the night we checked in… and they responded and has someone come out and fix the step and change the air filters the next day. So I appreciated them being responsive.
