Would not recommend staying in this unit to friends and familyEverything was seemed to be done at a bare minimum and outdated aspect; there were no beach towels provided, no dishwasher soap or laundry detergent, outdated tv guide that was useless, and doors to bathrooms that did not lock. The property manager did help get the door locks fixed, but there was push back there from the maintenance guy who told us why the locks were removed before making an effort to fix them. So it was know that bathroom doors could not lock beforehand and they just let us figure that out ourselves. The parking issue was a nightmare and the condo acts like you are second class citizens if you are not staying with Spectrum. It was great the hot tub worked. That's the main positive I can say from the experience

Great location

We had a pleasant stay overall, and I want to highlight that the property manager was fantastic—very responsive, professional, and easy to work with.The condo itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential. It’s a comfortable space and overall a nice place to stay. That said, it could use some updating. The furnishings and décor feel a bit dated, and some simple upgrades—especially to the towels and bedding—would make a big difference in comfort and quality.The TV in the living room is quite small for the space, and there’s no Bluetooth capability with the stereo system, which was a little disappointing. The dishwasher racks are broken, the fan over the stove isn’t working properly and needs serious attention, and several of the sinks were slow to drain or clogged. There are no locks on the bathroom doors, which was inconvenient, and there were no hangers available in the closets.Overall, the condo has good bones and could be a really lovely place with a few upgrades and more thoughtful touches.

Quick trip

We booked for four nights. The floor was extremely dirty when we arrived and the bedding smelled musty. Bring extra bath towels because the towels are very, very thin and some were dirty when we arrived. We have stayed at the Turquoise previously and sadly this unit was disappointing.

Great fall vacay

Nice property. Numerous amenities on site. Condo was large and comfortable. Crew checked and serviced hot tub daily. Only negative were bed linens and bath towels did not quite match the high standards of the condominium. Easy check in and check out with clear instructions. Overall we had an awesome experience.Beautiful place!

Back to school last summer vacation

The tourqoise place is highly rated for Orange Beach, but room floor was dirty with no broom or mop in room. The breakfast was not clear on,it was for “owners only” but from internet sight said guests. The pools were not clean had algae on walls.

Great stay with some minor issues

We had a great stay at this condo! Upon arrival, the guest bedroom light did not work (lamps only) and one of the panels in the guest bathrooms was displaced leaving a large hole in the side of the tub (still functional but an eye sore). I messaged our host our first night about these issues but never heard back from them. There were also several soft spots/cracks in the floor of one of the bedrooms. Thankfully none of these issues required immediate attention just minor inconveniences. If you have issues, don’t count on hearing back from anyone. Overall we enjoyed our stay! We love staying at the Turquoise Place but probably wouldn’t come back to this condo.

A great place with okay management

The Turquoise Place condominiums were just what we were looking for for a spring break beach getaway for our family of 6. Everything about the condo was in good or great condition. The listing photos did not match our particular unit, but I assume the management company has several units that they decorated very similarly. No problem there. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and all the amenities of the property. There are so many truly great restaurants and family-friendly things to do nearby. The hot tub on the balcony was great but could tell it hadn't been cleaned recently by the time we got there. We noticed a scum line on the sides of the tub on our first use. Also, for the price we paid, I would have expected a few more necessities supplied. The person we texted with about a few missing items was responsive and helpful at first, but then we must have crossed a line, because our requests for extra towels and toilet paper were denied. Overall, it was a great stay... our kids loved it, the property was awesome, just don't expect the royal treatment during your stay and you'll be fine.
