You can't go wrong at Turquoise Place. This view was gorgeous and the beach in October is perfection! That said, the unit was fine. A very basic rental unit that could benefit from additional pillows, coat hangers, and towels.

This property was very disappointing. The FACILITY itself was fantastic - safe and secure, clean and well maintained, steps to the beach, waterslide, pool, lazy river, prompt elevators, etc. However I would absolutely not recommend or return to this particular unit. The UNIT is not well maintained, dirty, and lacked supplies. Pros: Awesome water pressure in the showers, an abundant amount of ice for our ice-loving family, and plenty of space to spread out.Poor Maintenance:It is apparent the unit has suffered some type of flooding in the past as the bottom of all of the cabinetry is splintered and falling apart.Poor Cleanliness: The bed in the master bedroom had sand and someone’s hair in it. We folded out a sofa bed and went hunting for sheets. Each closet had random blankets and sheets wadded into a pile, but not a complete set of flat plus fitted. At one point, I accidentally grabbed a dirty and damp washcloth at the top of a closet shelf. I thought I had found sheets that could be used, but did a quick sniff test and instantly gagged at the overwhelming smell of body odor. Even after washing, the smell still lingered. Those sheets should have been retired long ago. If this had been a hotel, I would have moved rooms. After finding all this we decided to rewash all the sheets before sleeping on them. Not a good way to start our vacation!

Loved this condo

Great location. Lots of amenities. Comfortable for our family of five plus a grandparent! Kids absolutely loved the pool, the kid activities, and the snow cone counter! Beach is easily accessible. Our only complaint was the floors needed cleaned upon our arrival, but the cleaners came in quickly and took care of it!!

Condo was perfectly clean and beautiful!! Lovely view from 13th floor balcony. Got to see the beautiful dolphins at the beach from the view on the balcony. Hot tub on balcony, the pool, and Lazy River were also a hit...we had a blast!

Gorgeous condo with beautiful views!

We went on a family vacation and this condo was perfect! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and condo was so spacious that we didn't crowd each other. The hot tub on the balcony was a big hit too! Great location (safe & secure), awesome amenities, steps to the beach, the gym was excellent, and the condo was amazing!

Birthday Beach Trip

The condo was not clean. Floors were gritty and made feet or socks black. Kitchen was splattered with grease. Unit had flood damage. Cabinets and trim were rotten, and it smelled musty. The ice maker did not work. The washer/ dryer were dirty and smelled .

Good location

Good condo. Room was less than clean. Apparently the regular cleaning person has been ill. Damp towels folded in the bathrooms. No clothes hangers. Had to go purchase some. Ac wasnt working properly causing less than optimal temperatures and extremely high humidity. We left a day early due this. No hair dryer in the condo which was my oversight in the paperwork. I didnt think to check or bring one because I've never stayed in a condo without one. Either the owners daughter or someone from the office was kind enough to run one by before my dinner that night which allowed me extra time with kids. Turquoise place, i.e. spectrum is less than hospitable and or accomodating if you didnt book thru them. No fault to the owner. I would actually be upset if I were an owner that paid monthly dues. When asked the front desk any question or to borrow a hair dryer, the answer was always, did you book thru spectrum. Well if you did we would or could , but no

Less Than Perfect

Towels were few and most of them were very old. Not sure if you all let owners know when they need to replace? Master bed had tons of sand in it, the first night and we had not even been to the beach. A lady came to change the sheets the next day. For this amount of money, we were not please. Have stayed here for 5 years in a row. We all said that we can’t believe how it has gone down. Hate that we were all so disappointed.

NICE BUT NOISY

Have stayed at Turquoise previously and is an exceptional facility. This particular condo was very clean, views were wonderful. mattresses were nice and firm. the condo was very nicely decorated. However, if you are a light sleeper this is not the condo for you. icemakers were pretty loud so you thought someone else was in the condo, that wasn't much of a problem as we have a pretty loud icemaker ourselves, but the jacuzzi had s self cleaning mode that occurred ANY time of the day. We heard it at 3 in the morning, 4:30 in the morning, 7:30 in the morning and as late as 11:30 at night. It was notated as a soft motorized noise. It was NOT soft. it sounded like a MRI machine with earplugs on. I'm guessing it would have been better if we had closed the door to the bathroom but I don't like night lights nor do i enjoy bumping into the closed bathroom door in the middle of the night. It was warm enough on a couple nights where it would have been nice to use the hot tub but with remained closed our entire stay. not a bid deal but never got a good nights sleep with the jacuzzi self clean cycles going off. If your a heavy sleeper or noise doesn't bother you this is a great condo. If i ever rent this condo again I'll bring ear plugs to sleep in.

Property as listed Very spacious and clean Comfortable If I had 1 negative it would be that in the listing is said they cleaned the hot tub every 3 days but always clean on a check in day We checked in on Friday hot tub was very clean Saturday we came in to a note saying they had been by to clean again, which in this case was fine I know the cleaning staff should be very trustworthy but I’d prefer not to leave valuables in my room if I know someone is coming by Other than this concern our trip was wonderful
