Would def go Back !

Communication with the management was very open from the very beginning! Was sent regular reminders and updates . Had a small misunderstanding with our parking pass and communication was quick and helpful!Love that the unit was easily accessible from the front of the complex. Very few steps literally to the private crosswalk. The crosswalk would stop traffic and allow vacationers of all ages cross safely! After crossing the road, you were just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, the sister hotel with the indoor pools was under remodeling and we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity . however, the overlook from the property pool, across the bay ,made up for it! There was also a nice grassy area with grills and picnic tables. The unit itself turned out to be a little more spacious than anticipated! The bathrooms were both a nice size! The furnishings were also nice! And kid, friendly! We enjoyed the balcony which had a nice outdoor table with two chairs. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked the road and not the pool. However, you could see a small section of the beach! Which was not available from most of the other units.

Nice stay

We enjoyed the stay at the Lei Lani Mini Tower overall, with two noticeable exceptions. First being that the views of the ocean in the VRBO pictures are false. The condo faces a very busy road with the Lei Lani Tower directly across the street. Then to the left you can see the ocean, but can’t hear it over the road noise. The other exception is the smell in the condo. It’s a strong, stale, Monday type of smell. We bought air fresheners for the condo and they still didn’t cover the smell. Otherwise, it was nice and just the right size for my small family of 3. We would stay there again.

Loved that the property wasn’t crowded. The condo was very nice. Only complaint would be the construction on the hotel across the street but nothing the condo owner could have done.

Good location and clean condo!

The actual condo itself was great! Clean, cozy and in an amazing location. We had some concerns trying to find it though (maybe it was just us). Maybe need a condo number facing the main highway (if that’s allowed). Secondly, the cable in the guest bedroom didn’t work…thankfully, I love working on that kind of stuff and was able to fix myself (although I was the renter). Other thank those 2 things, the family enjoyed everything about the stay.

Great axcess to ocean.

We had a great time. Condo's location is great and was comfortable and clean. Only reason not five stars is there is NO soundproofing between our ceiling and floor of above condo. Condo above rents for up to 7 persons and it sounded like a herd of elephants above us. So loud we thought they were doing construction work. If you have good hearing beware!

Parrothead Week

We had an excellent time this past week at the Meeting of the Minds. We come to Orange Beach every other year and always try and stay at the Lei Lani property. This was our first time in this unit. The unit had plenty of room for us and was in perfect condition. Great view and price. We can’t wait to come back next year for the MOTM.

Fall Break stay.

First of all, let me start with the positives. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well decorated. The view was nice. You can see the beach and the water. We were looking for an affordable place with a decent view for a quick trip. This fit the bill. We would stay here again. Now for the "room to improve" areas, we rented an extra first day so that we could get right in our room since we had to drive through the night after a ballgame. When we arrived, we could not get the code to work in the keypad. I called the customer service number and was asked silly questions over and over about how I was pressing the numbers, etc. She told me she would call me right back. She didn't. I had to call her back. She said she would contact someone and then call me right back again. She didn't. Instead, she texted me to tell me that the batteries were down in the keypad. This had taken about an hour. She informed me that it would be about 30 minutes before someone could get there to change them. I told her that an hour and a half was a little ridiculous and that I would like a manager to call me. I was ignored. Thankfully, a very nice lady arrived in about 15 minutes with batteries and a key. She was very helpful. The kitchen could use things like a tea pitcher and a blender. Sleeper sofa was broken. We reported it, but turned down a repairman and used an air mattress instead. No strangers, please.

Nice property but….

Overall, we enjoyed the property. It’s in a great location, very neat, well decorated, well maintained. I have 2 issues. The main bedroom was too small for the king sized bed which made it very tight to move around in and led to a lot of banging shins and feet against the bed frame. The second and bigger problem was the thermostat. It wasn’t very responsive which led to lots of getting up and down throughout the day and night to try and get the temperature right. It always seemed to lag the setting and so the temperature in the place was either cold or way too cold or stuffy. Probably needs a better thermostat because the ac was definitely working. 3.5 stars

Perfect

This condo is right in the middle of everything. In any direction you can quickly get to good food, ice cream, live music, or whatever you desire. The beach is just a short walk from the condo, right across the street. There’s a great beach entrance directly in front of the condos. The pool is big and always clean. Right beside the pool, there’s a great view of the bay with lots of marine life around the docks. The room it’s self was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. The only thing I could complain about, is that there was not a blender there. Other than that the stay was awesome! Would definitely recommend! One last thing, the hosts were awesome. They answered my messages in just a few minutes and were very helpful.

Slice of Heaven

This little condo was just adorable and so clean. I can tell the owners have taken great care to make it wonderful place to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all rested well. The kitchen is adequately supplied with the basics. I felt ok letting my granddaughter walk around with no shoes on. It was that clean. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

Solid property

Well located and decently updated. The pool on the river was great and the walk to beach was just across the street. Parking is tight but manageable. We did have a few small maintenance items when we checked in but the management company was great and took care of them right away! Would stay again.

Lovely Stay

My husband, MIL and I stayed here for our beach vacation and it was a very nice stay. The key pad entry was a seamless check in. Bring some ear plugs as the road is right next to the master bedroom and people above can be heard walking around but that is to be expected with condo living, other than that we had a very nice stay! We would stay here again.
