Great condo at Grand Pointe! Everything was perfect and we loved all the amenities included with the rental. We will definitely stay here again. Leah was a great host and was very quick to respond to all our needs!! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I like to visit Grand Pointe yearly if possible, and this unit was one of the best. Will definitely try to book again. The added baby supplies, toiletries, and beach gear allowed us to pack much lighter than we usually would.

Our four-year-old granddaughter summed up our entire stay in the first few minutes we were there. “Guys! Isn’t this just wonderful!!!”We appreciated the attention to detail so we understood how to put all the kitchen items back in place, the labeled light switches, the black washcloths labeled “makeup.”The availability of borrowing beach toys was so helpful when one or ours met its demise.We loved the unit, the thoughtful touches and the location so much that some members of our party suggested it should be a well-kept secret However, we have shared with many people how great it is.We can’t wait for a return visit.

Great condo for families

We had an excellent stay with our son and daughter and their spouses, and our grandchildren, ages 4 and 2. The condo is squeaky clean and tastefully decorated. The spacious floor plan gives privacy as well as space for all to be together. The outdoor table and two chaise lounges were perfect touches to viewing the beautiful Gulf water. You’ll be close to many restaurants and have ample opportunities for fishing and fun theme parks. The additional beach toys, chairs and wagon were game changer. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved spending the week in your condo and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Beautiful condo, wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Pointe. The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless. Leah was an amazing host and very available and responsive to any questions.I loved the extra special touches, especially her electronic guide book with her recommendations. We have been coming to the gulf coast on vacations for over 20 years and this ranks as one of our best vacations ever. Highly recommend and we sure hope to return soon!

Perfect for large family

We love Grand Pointe. This was our first time in this unit and it was spacious & beautiful! The grandchildren had a blast in the bunk room. We were pleased with the fully stocked kitchen and 4.5 baths. The entire condo was immaculate. All of the adult kids have asked if we can rent this unit next year. Hope to go back!

Fall Break 2023

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. It had everything it promised on the listing. The whole building and grounds were so clean and well maintained! We had 2 very minor things when we first arrived, when I contacted Leah they were resolved very quickly and efficiently. My 3yr old niece refers to this as our "fancy" beach house 😉. We will definitely stay here in the future! Thanks for our home away from home this week!

Property has everything we needed!

This unit had a perfect location overlooking pool/hot tub, ocean and jetty! Everything we needed within walking distance and everything you would want in a vacation rental (I.e. extra ice machine/bar area) included. Unfortunately we had one very rainy day but we were perfectly happy and safe sitting on the massive patio watching the beach. The host made it simple to check in and checked in on us often. We cannot wait to return!

AMAZING!

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed in OBA. The location was perfect. Our host was incredibly helpful and available for any of our needs. We will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend this unit and condo.

We had a fantastic stay and the unit was newly renovated and very clean! The location couldn’t be better for all the restaurants and attractions in Orange Beach. The owner was extremely responsive and we will be back for sure!

Great Family Vacation!

Unbelievable! .... That is the word I would use to describe the condo and the owner! You would not believe the level of communication and organization provided by @MileyVacationProperties. The condo was spotless and the most well organized property I have ever stayed at.....Every drawer, light switch and cabinet was labeled with its purpose and contents!....Who does that?1?... There were a few questions we had during the stay and the property host responded promptly and also followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Without a doubt, we will be staying here again!

Amazing time!!!

This was our first time coming to the beaches of Alabama and normally we always go to Florida but we decided to try out Orange Beach and I searched through lots of properties and was super excited when I came across this property and it did not disappoint. From the fast and easy communication with the owner Leah to all the awesome extras in this property were more than enough to accommodate our family beach vacation. This property is so spacious, beautiful, and very clean. It has great views of the beach with easy access to the beach. And it’s ice maker which was a huge plus! My family loved this property so much, we all just wanted to live there. Highly recommend staying here. Our family had such an amazing time at this property and we can’t wait to be back again!

Family beach trip

Beautiful place with a few things to fix to make it better. Needs a dresser in master. Storage was at a premium. Balcony furniture is good looking and sturdy but very uncomfortable. Keyless entry was very nice. Ice machine was wonderful. Bunk room got too warm. Host was amazing, attentive and very helpful

Oh, I loved my stay!!

Had a great experience would do it again and again condo was clean and everything was like the pictures online my family and I had a great time and there is access to volleyball nets on the beach which I did not see mentioned online

Book it!!!! Outstanding!

The view, the designer decorating, the comfort of the bed and black out curtains, the ice maker- all fabulous and above and beyond! We enjoyed the beach and had fun at the sauna. The location of this property along the Perdido pass was perfect to relax and watch the boats go by. Also, right next door we had great drinks and listened to live musicians then walked home! Fabulous host! So friendly and easy to work with. We will choose this place again! Thank you!

Relaxing stay with friends

Our stay was beyond perfect in this most luxurious condo!. So spacious with each bedrooms full bath. Great find. The breath taking view was beautiful & relaxing as we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. This condo clean is a real jewel with beautiful updated decor, furniture & paintings. The amenities were beyond exceptional. There was nothing lacking. The condo very family oriented, quiet surroundings. Location walking distance to great restaurants. We will definitely be booking for future family & friends trips.
