Bienvenido a nuestra casa de vacaciones ubicada en Phoenix West II, habitación 1004 en el décimo piso.

Este es un condominio de lujo de 3 dormitorios con 4 baños completos.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana y baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada con duchas dobles, inodoro privado y lavamanos doble.

El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas Queen y el tercer dormitorio de invitados está configurado para los niños, con una cama doble de barco pirata y literas triples dobles. Cada habitación también cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana y baño privado con ducha / bañera.

El cuarto baño se encuentra en el pasillo y cuenta con una ducha de esquina. La lavadora y secadora grandes se encuentran en un armario de servicios públicos separado en el pasillo.

La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita, incluidos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra húmeda separada con una máquina de hielo incorporada debajo del mostrador.

La gran sala de estar y comedor cuenta con un amplio espacio para una familia numerosa. El salón también cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana.

El condominio Phoenix West II ofrece espectaculares vistas al frente del Golfo y fabulosas comodidades. Siéntase libre de relajarse en las brillantes aguas del río lento frente al Golfo mientras los pequeños disfrutan del sinuoso tobogán de agua. Transpira el estrés en el gimnasio completamente equipado, que cuenta con sauna y luego refréscate en la espaciosa piscina cubierta. The condo was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed being able to all sit at the large dinner table. The kids bedroom was super cute! The amenities were great. Parking on the same level was so convenient. We would 100% go back to this property and unit.

Nice place

Nice place and kids room was great. Light/fan remote control for one of the bedrooms was missing a back and some batteries when we arrived. I immediately told management, who said they would submit a work order. That was Sunday. Never got a replacement and we left on Friday.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. From the view to bedroom everything was perfect for our family vacation. The kids really loved the ship bed and the triple bunk beds. The patio has the perfect view to enjoy with your morning coffee. Can't wait to visit again!

family beach trip

Stay was great. 2 things were bad but other then those minor things the trip was great. floor was pretty dirty and the internet for the entire condo talking to multiple families that came with us staying in other rooms was horrible. We did not come on vacation to stay on the phones so it wasn't a big deal. Kids loved the splash pad, lazy river and slide. The parking on the floor you stay on was a major plus for dad who has to unpack and repack everything in the car. Very big condo for only having 6 elevators. but we managed well. Room was Very nice and the kids loved tie pirate bed and bunks. Will be booking this condo again for our yearly beach trip.

Oasis Orange Beach 2024

This is our 3rd stay in the same property and unit since 2019. The property has expanded by adding an additional pool and a cafe/gift shop. Our family has a wonderful hassle free stay each time we visit.

Beautiful Place!

Great place to stay. Rooms are cozy. Very spacious with lots of bathrooms as a bonus. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Nice balcony that overlooks the beach. Would recommend to all and will definately be back!

Great Place! Would go back!

The place was great! Garage was handy. 10th floor was easy to get the beach/pool. Kitchen was outfitted well. Balcony was private, great view & comfortably furnished. Baths were nice, beds were comfortable. Layout was great and worked for us (couple + 4 teen boys). Pool/beach and amenities were awesome. Boys enjoyed the fitness center too.

Mini Family Getaway

$35 per vehicle to park is high but, if you park on the 10th floor it's the most convenient parking. My father was recently told he would be put on hospice. So we decided to suprise him for Father's Day with a short beach vacay with all of his kids from KY, CO, and MO. Pros: Beautiful condo, beds are super comfy, A/C works amazingly, excellent ceiling fans, and having 4 bathrooms is priceless! Cons: My biggest complaint is cleaning. and disruption of literally everything. Initially on the surface everything looks clean. But, literally under everything I touched I found trash and food. Underneath the couch cushions there was enough popcorn to fill a bowl, gummy candies and more popcorn stuck to mattress of pull out bed, under couch a whole water bottle more popcorn, candy and food wrappers, under beds in double queen, and living room ottoman beside bottom kids bunk, more trash. I didn't call because you don't see the mess until it's bedtime, you're exhausted and what can be done at 11pm? The following day Im told inspectors will be testing sprinklers/ smoke alarms in our room and WILL be given access, pissed isn't close to how I feel. My father needs breaks throughout the day and didn't need anyone barging in on him. Pools, lazy river, kids sprinklers were also all closed on Tuesday, Beach was super packed more than I've ever seen and I go to PCB every year. So for only having 2 full days and one of them being inspection day is crap. I would suggest not renting your condo on that day or maybe given your customers a heads up beforehand or even a hourly time frame would be acceptable but, a two day window is just crap. The nice jacuzzi tub in master also doesn't hold water. 30 minute plus waits for the elevators, dishes still in the dishwasher. I left the cleaning crew a note as well. Beautiful dirty condo with poor customer experience.

Spring break trip

We stayed at Phoenix west 2 unit 1004. The overall property and unit were great. Very clean. Also like the huge open space outside the unit in the building....my kids and I played frisbee and threw the football in this huge open area. Only complaint I have is that they only had 1 indoor pool andwater was dirty. Constantly had hair in my fingers and water wasn't clear, but merky. I get it alot of kids and guess crammed in this one indoor pool (weather and water were still chilly at this time in mid March). Hot tools werent in greatest shape and always crowded....again we knew coming in though that we may not use the outdoor pool due to weather still not being completely warm. Overall great stay and will definitely like to stay there again, same unit 1004.
