Communication was very poor. Response time was unacceptable.
The property was very nice. The problems that we had was trying to communicate with the property manager. There was no phone number to call only a message through the app. The response time to any problems that we had was absolutely ridiculous. The morning that we were leaving the elevator stopped working. A family member is wheelchair bound so there was no way to get him from the second floor down to the first. After three hours of no response we finally had to call the fire department. The orange beach fire department unit one and two were there within 15 minutes. There’s no telling how long we might have been sitting there waiting for a response from unwind. These men from the fire department got him and his power wheelchair down to the first floor. They were awesome. I am just so thankful that no one was stuck in the elevator when it quit working. Also this unit was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but the thresholds going into the house were not. To sum it up, I would not recommend unwind because of their lack of communication skills (response time)
