Place could have been taken care of better

Overall property was great. Directions were a bit unclear at first. Hard to find "assigned" parking spot and pretty much told good luck at the gate. Condo had some bad spots in it and could use some better maintaining.

Great Value

Great condo

We always come to the caribe. This unit was great. Very clean. Very beachy. Couch was super comfortable. Very spacious and great view of the lazy river (under construction) but also could see the beach. Had a blast and so thankful to have had a wonderful and safe stay.

Wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay for Spring Break! The Caribe is the best place for families to have a safe time with everything they need on property to have fun. You can also walk or ride the trolley right over to the beach or to Cobalt for dinner. There was plenty of space in the condo and plenty of kitchenware to cook for your group. I would only recommend adding a pot for boiling pasta, etc. The condo comes with one dedicated garage spot, but other parking passes can be purchased to park in any unmarked spot in the garage. There are plenty buggies and carts at the entrance of each building to help get your things to and from your room. The host/property manager was super quick with communication and gave us all the information needed before, during and at checkout time. I would definitely recommend this amazing place!

Construction Noise Nightmare

The pool deck, and the lazy river are not only closed, but are completely under construction. The noise from the construction starts at 7 AM and ends at 7 PM. There was also construction inside our building, so the noise was not only on the balcony, but inside the unit we had to leave the unit one day, just to get away from the noise when I reached out to management and asked to be moved. They had no other units. I was expecting a relaxing beach vacation and got a noisy construction zone for 4 nights 5 days. I would not stay in this unit again. The washing machine was also super loud, so it had to be run when we were not in the room. The pictures in the rental listing show the lazy river there. There was an Asterix that said it was closed. That listing is accurate because it’s not closed. It’s actually just not there making the view ugly on top of the noise.

Orange Beach Get Away

This property was as described. It is an older unit could use some updating but it is very adequate for a stay. We were sad that the lazy river was still under construction but this is out of the control of the owner. All in all would stay again.

Spacious condo, great location. Unfortunately lots of maintenance work going on and lazy river down for huge maintenance/renovations We had some maintenance issues in condo but the maintenance guy responded quickly to fix things. Overall a good stay.

Was expecting better

The condo was old and dirty. Needed a paint job. Light switches were broken. Kitchen faucet was broken. Contacted property manager who looked at it, said it needed to be replaced, but never returned to fix it. No toilet paper holder in master bath. Toilet in second bathroom kept breaking.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a really nice time staying here. The management was was friendly and accommodating. Caribe is a great location in OBA and we love staying on the bay. We took our seadoos with us and did not realize the docks were still damaged from the hurricane over a year ago, but it wasn't a big deal because we rented a slip next door at the Caribe Marina. The condo was very roomy and clean. The pictures make the furnishings look a little newer than they are but it was still nice and clean. The condo comes with a private parking slip in the covered garage which was very nice since it rained a good bit while we were there. One teen put sheets on the sofa and did not pull it out into a bed and said it was very comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun family vacation rental. There were tons of pools and slides, hot tubs and an indoor pool.
