Nice But Overpriced

We have stayed in several condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and although this one was decent, it definitely seemed overpriced compared to some we’ve stayed in before. One big inconvenience for the condo was the balcony door. It was extremely tough to open the balcony door. It took 2 adults to pull the door open and shut it. There were not any extra sheets or pillowcases for the fold out bed and pillows. This was also the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have any kind of beach supplies to borrow such as chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, etc. It was a nice condo with good amenities for kids such as the pools, splash pad, and beach access, but just with some of our other experiences, we feel that this visit was overpriced.

Not a clean place and the elevators are a major issue

Out bed linens were terrible we had to complain about them, our towels were full of hairs so we washed them. The elevator took forever to catch. Will not stay there again. Was not worth how much it was a night. Furnishings were not very nice either.

We will be back

Wonderful Accommodations. Had a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly. One thing I did notice was the linings on the master bed did not fit properly and were a little worn. But other than those small things, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will be back

Family Vacation

Girls Trip- Oasis #1909

Location and amenities were great! Enjoyed beach and lazy river as well as all the wonderful nearby restaurants. Our condo was clean and adequately supplied with necessities. It did have 2 light bulbs out and the comforters on the beds need replacing. They are well used. Booking and checkin/checkout process was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Condo was Perfect. right height saw lots of dolphins love watching people love walking the beach. indoor pool was to cold for time of year did complain about that but after three weeks started getting warmer still i would and i am staying here again next year truly is my Happy Place 😍😍😍

Great vacation

This condo was a perfect place for our family. The owner responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely choose this condo again. The only recommendation I would give future renters is to realize that the elevators are very busy during regular check-in hours. We carried our belongs up the stairs, but we did hear some people say they waited on an elevator for up to 1 hour

Nice trip

Overall excellent stay at this property. Lots to offer. A downside is it is a large complex and elevator accessibility was an issue. Having to wait for long periods of time to get an elevator. The unit that was rented was not very well stocked in the kitchen. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.

Owners are great! Clean well kept property. Security 24-7. Very relaxing. Only downfall was we rented beach chairs, we didn’t use them.

The best hotel

We’ve been coming to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for the last 10 years and this has been the best hotel by far. Everything on their listing is 100% accurate. The entire hotel including, elevators, swimming pools, etc was very well kept. The beaches was just as perfect as the room.

Overall Good

Unit had easy check- in process. Dishwasher was not working- property manager responded sending someone but it continued to not work. Unit needs more cooking pans and new beds fir sure. For the money and from past experiences we expected more. Slide was also closed and wifi was very poor.
