Very nice condo that had plenty of room for the 9 of us!

This was our second year to vacation in Orange Beach with our family (9 of us total). This was our first time booking with Kaiser Realty and it was so easy from start to finish. We had a wonderful time and have already booked this condo again for next year!

Great location

Overall it was great. The condo does need a little updating and repair. The door looked like it had taken a beating and there were some stains on the sofa. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. It was in a great location.

The only reason I said I didn't enjoy our stay is due to not actually getting to stay in the unit. The unit above this one had a water leak so we had to be moved. I am sure had we got to stay it would have been awesome.

Great time

The beach was beautiful and there were lots of things to do if it was too hot. I loved the condo but it does need maintenance. The ice machine does not make a lot of ice and the dryer takes forever just to dry a few things. Washer works great but is very loud.

Enjoyed our quick trip to Orange beach. The condo was clean and organized. The only real issue was the door lock. We received the code to check in but the lock is on a timer and will not open even one minute before check in. So be aware of this. We tried to open the door 4 minutes before 4pm but it was considered early and would not open. I've never had this happen

The front door was not very appearing bc the door was all rusted. The closets are all broken. The bathroom was dusty and mildew clean n the ceiling. Pot and pan was bad bc nonstick was all bad. It does not seem like the owner care about the appearance of the place and you can not even cook with the pot and pan bc it was all bad shape.

Summer vacation

We had a great time with our family! Pictures are accurate to the listing. Was so nice to just walk down to the beach and be so close. Had everything we needed and was close to stores and shopping. The only thing I didn’t like was that the balcony floors were dirty and then it tracked in the dirt to the condo. We wore our shoes around the condo so our feet weren’t dirty. Was not able to talk to speak to an actual person who owned the condo about questions about the condo before we got there. Got Very generic text messages a about the condo. When I did text the number back never got a response. Would of been nice to actually speak with someone if we had any issues. One of the TVs wasn’t working so someone showed up after we didn’t even request anything and didn’t know it was broken until the repair man came and then the TV still was not fixed. I would bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There are not any extras in the condo.

Excellent stay; we'll be back!

We are a family of four and are frequent visitors to Orange Beach. This was hands down our favorite condo so far! Photos and description on the website are very accurate: this is a clean, quiet, and spacious unit with excellent views of the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our needs. The balcony had excellent seating and a large table for al fresco dining. My only complaint was that the sofa was in rough shape: broken springs and saggy, and uncomfortable to sit on. It felt like it had previously been used as a trampoline by a young child! But in all, we loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Vacation Getaway to Orange Beach, AL

John and Jennifer were awesome hosts making our vacation getaway one of our best ever! The condo was extremely clean and in great condition offering everything we needed with incredible views of the Gulf. We could also see amazing sunrises in the morning and spectacular orange sunsets across the water in the afternoon. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and well maintained with nice, comfortable deck furniture. The beautiful white sand beach was only a short walk from our condo offering unlimited relaxation, walks along the beach, and sea shell collecting. Some of the other amenities included a nice indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center which we used every day. The location was very convenient for shopping and other attractions not to mention nearby restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this condo if you're looking for a fun filled and relaxing getaway! Teacher Trip

This is a great property! We loved everything about it! The only complaint from friends were that the lights at night shone through the windows and made a night’s sleep a bit unenjoyable. We loved the proximity to the beach and ease to the elevator. All in all, this is a fantastic condo though and would love to stay here again!

Loved this condo!

Very comfortable and nicely updated. Well-stocked kitchen. Good appliances. Really liked that it was near the end of the building so there wasn't alot of foot traffic passing by. The garbage chute was just a few steps away from the door which was convenient. One of those little things you don't think about. Nice large deck with plenty of furniture and a SPECTACULAR view! Will definitely rent this one again.
