The Space:

The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL. This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located in building #2 (east tower). The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool.



Unit 404 is located on the 4th floor of a 10-story building. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf – high enough to get wonderful panoramic views of the skyline sunrises and sunsets yet low enough to see the beach from the porch and living area.



Once inside, you will find an expansive, open floor plan condo with 1398 square feet of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stand-alone icemaker and seating for six at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will comfortably sleep eight.



The spacious living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a 60' 4k HD smart TV and a DVD player. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large wrap-around balcony which offers spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit gets wonderful natural light and captures panoramic views. The balcony features Pollywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space.



The master bedroom has a KING size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player and a private bath. The second bedroom is also furnished with a KING bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV.

The reservation comes with TWO (2) parking passes for the complex which you will pick up from our office upon arrival. Our office is located at 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office which is about 2 miles from the complex for $50 per stay.



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.



Beach Chair Rentals

Beach chair, umbrella, and beach equipment rentals are available through Suncoast Beach Service, a local third-party provider. Guests who wish to rent equipment may do so directly through their website at suncoastbeachservice.com.
