Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! We look forward to helping you have the most wonderful vacation possible!!!

    CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
    All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

    WHAT WE STOCK
    As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    SPECIAL NOTES
    * Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
    * No pets allowed.
    * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
    * No smoking allowed.

    Parking passes are not included with your reservation. You will purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival onsite from the front desk. Parking restrictions do apply, please limit 2 vehicles during the busy seasons. Please contact us if you need offsite parking options. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Plenty of parking too. Unit was perfect for our family of six with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nice furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Only very minor complaint was all three bathrooms had low toilets (newer chair height ones would have made the place perfect for old knees).

Awesome place , clean , gave us option to book day before for 50% off ,which helped us out and had full day Saturday instead of 1/2. Beautiful views . Definitely would rent again

A relaxing fun break

Christmas Vacation thru New Year’s Eve

The condo was a great place for the entire family! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. We watched dolphins play in the bay and saw several amazing sunsets and a breathtaking sunrise!

A very comfortable stay!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The unit is so spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views are unbelievable and very relaxing. We felt at home and any/all communication was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay outside of the unit as well as on the premises, indoor pool, lazy river, sauna, gym and the private beach area. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Excellent Condo and vacation spot

Property was clean and very nice. All the amenities one would need for a peaceful vacation. Pheonix on the Bay has a nice pool area with a relaxing lazy river. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views and SO CLEAN!

We had an amazing week at this property. It was so clean, spacious, amazing views, and the pool area was a hit for my 3 kids. Close to everything in Orange Beach as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Boat launch, fish-cleaning station, boat storage, lazy River, the slide!!! Best view on the bay!! Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Phoenix on the Bay does it again!

We love Phoenix on the Bay! This is our third year and we loved this condo! It was a perfect retreat away providing rest and many good memories! Clean! Comfortable! And just perfect.

Family vacation/Birthday celebrations

We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay many times. We love the location and the lazy River. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in there. Only a couple of issues, the balcony door in the master suite wouldn’t open and a barking dog woke us up every morning around 6:30.

Great Memories Made!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We vacation at POB several times a year. This condo has an amazing view! Bonus was watching the boats head through the pass for the Marlin Tournament. Also, viewed a beautiful fireworks show! Blessed to spend time with our family making memories.

Beach Get a way with grandchildren

We spent a short beach vacation with our grandchildren form West Virginia. The property was spotlessly clean and offered amazing views of the Bay. The children enjoyed the Lazy River and pool areas. The other guests were quiet and respectful. We are looking for a return soon

Great view

This place was amazing. The view was spectacular! Everything was very nice. We brought our boat and loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee(am) wine (pm). Watching all the boat traffic. The place was super clean and the grounds were well kept. Hope to be back with family next year.
