A Perfect Vacation

This condo had incredible views of the bay from the balcony. All of the furnishings and decorations worked well. I think the sofa sleeper is in need of a new mattress soon but everything else was top notch. This was the best condo we have stayed at in Orange Beach. Thanks!

Pleasant Stay

Nice condo with amenities for relaxing stay. Lazy river and pools were nice and enjoyable. Recommend it for a vacation. Looking out to Bat was nice. Owner has good communication.

Party with a purpose

We were visiting for an athletic event my husband was coaching - we were so pleased with the property, the owner communication, the cleanliness, the location and everything about this property! Parking was super easy and close so which can be a problem at some properties. Will stay again in the future!

Needs better towels. Some had holes in them and were dingy. Dryer doesn’twork properly. Washer very loud. The first night I found 2 hairs on the bottom sheet. One was black and kinky; the other was medium length brown. Everything else was fine.

Loved this unit!

Awesome Place To Stay

The condo was great. It was very clean and well stocked. The grounds were very clean and the lazy river is the best. This is the best condo we have stayed at and we have been coming to Orange beach for 30 years. I would highly recommend it.

Only positives we have for this unit is the view and convenient access to Lazy River is good

This was my third trip to Phoenix on the Bay. Unfortunately I had lost the contact info from the condo that we had stayed in the last two times. This unit was disappointing. The furniture throughout the condo is way too big to the point that in the second bedroom, the closet door had been removed because the nightstand would not have fit in the room unless they did. Their was a giant king size gothic looking poster bed in that room. All of the furniture was old and worn and uncomfortable including the beds. The wallpaper in the master suite was peeling off of every wall. There was some patio furniture but not comfortable. Very disappointed in this outdated unit. I was especially disappointed because this was a birthday trip we gave my sister and we had bragged on how wonderful Phoenix on the Bay was going to be for her.

Lovely Condo - Great Location

This is my 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. The location is wonderful - we have 2 full walls of windows overlooking the Bay. Close proximety to the bay and the bak elevator to the pool. There was plenty of room for the two couples that stayed in my condo and all the amenities of home were perfect. Len, the condo owner, is great to work with and just a call away if we ever need anything. We look forward to making next year our three-pete.

Phoenix on the bay

We were so excited when we found this property, because it’s right across from Robinson Island where we like to take our boat and hang out for the week while we’re on vacation. We didn’t think much when we read about the lazy river, but once there, we were very impressed with the lazy river, the condo itself with incredible views, and the other pool area activities, including the waterslide. Our group were all adults, but we can see where we’re going to come back in the future and bring the grand children, they would love it here. It’s a beautiful property and way beyond our expectations. We loved it.

Family Spring Break

The property was as depicted i the photos except the views from the condo were better than expected. The Owner was prompt with communications and everything went smoothly. My son enjoyed the pool and slide which made it a great choice for this only child to find friends. there is quite a lot of activity on the bay so, we opted for this instead of beachfront. The impending weather did not allow for safe swimming at the beach anyway. We would certainly stay again!

Family vacation

Perfect location. Condo was well equipped, but not updated. The beds were comfortable. Great deck and view. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I rented off season for two months. For the price, the condo was excellent.
