Embark on the perfect beach retreat in this immaculate, 2-story, 3 bed/2.5-bath home crafted with your family's comfort in mind. Enter into a spacious, open floor plan on the first level, where the expansive living room invites quality time with loved ones. Enjoy streaming options on the large Smart TV or step out onto the patio to relish breathtaking sunsets while sipping your favorite afternoon beverage.

In the dining area, a generously sized table accommodates up to 6 guests, complemented by additional bar seating for 4. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped for crafting delicious home-cooked meals or preparing quick bites to enjoy on the beach. The garage, located just off the kitchen, accommodates 2 vehicles and is equipped with an electronic garage door and remote. Inside the garage, you'll find 2 trash receptacles, one for regular trash and the other for recyclables. For added convenience, a half bathroom is also located on this lower level.

Upstairs, the King suite boasts a private bath complete with a double vanity, bathtub, and luxurious walk-in shower. A shared guest bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway just outside the guest rooms, offers a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for everyone. Complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire home.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Nestled within Sunset Villas, this residence features a communal pool with a sun deck and ample outdoor space for spending time with your beloved furry companion. Additionally, you'll enjoy access to the scenic Perdido Bay, complete with a charming small beach, a perfect spot for launching a kayak, basking in the sun, or simply unwinding while taking in the breathtaking sunrise or sunset.

For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access or Coastal Orange Beach Public Beach Access, both situated within a short 3-mile radius from this property.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.
