Esta unidad de piso 7 cuenta con un sofá cama nueva, así como la silla de descanso en la sala de estar. Hay planas de televisión sceen en la sala de estar, así como los dos dormitorios. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada para perparing comidas. Podrá disfrutar de la impresionante vista desde los balcones frente al golfo diirect justo al lado de la sala de estar, así como el dormitorio principal. Hay piscinas 2 mar frontales, piscina cubierta, pistas de tenis, gimnasio y 2 zonas para asar bien también. Mar Beach & Racquet Club está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo cinco millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Our stay was nice. Just a couple of suggestions: Need a hook in guest bath to hang bath towel, refrigerator and freezer door need to be fixed so they stay closed all the time. Washing machine is loud.

Great view

View was amazing- exactly what we needed and wanted. Would’ve been nice if there were a few comforts- extra trash bags/ dishwasher tabs/ paper towels- but we managed. Our stay was short so not a huge issue. Overall- excellent and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

Ok place

The location was great. The elevator was broken for the last two days of our stay. We left some food on the stove. When we went back to it a couple hours later there was a cockroach on it. That was the only one we saw.

Relaxing

It was so nice to open the door and see the water. Everything was nice, clean and relaxing. I loved not having all the walls crowded with pictures and nick nacks every where. Wil go back again. Ps bring a can opener.

A little outdated but very comfortable. Only complaint is don’t walk around in the unit barefoot or your feet will be black..

Amazing view….old condo

The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few cosmetic issues that could be overlooked because of price but we had to wash our sheets when we got there because they looked gross, when we ran the dishwasher it leaked everywhere and the elevators were busy, slow and broke down a lot. That sucks when your on the 7th floor.

Good room

There was some things that didn’t work correctly like dishwasher and needed light bulbs in the hall lights and fan Moyer in master bedroom bathroom made a bad sound and toilet seat in master bathroom was broke The condo was great and we had a good time and it was clean and enough room great view

A little dissappointed!

The property is a little run down. Several appliances in the unit did not work and had to be fixed while we were there. The elevator did not work and the pool was closed for a time while we were there. The unit overall was not bad just multiple things as mentioned above caused issues with the stay. One more issue was the security guard. She was rude, pushy, and highly unprofessional!! We will not be staying at this property again.

Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay with ocean front, private baloneys for the entire building and several access points to the clean beaches. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. I would stay here again and have already referred several people to Coastal Properties.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we have stayed at Sea Side 13 years straight. The elevator had a pleasant smell, grounds and pool were nicely maintained. This is the first time we have stayed in 3702.Room was clean along with bed linens and towels. There are 3 issues we had:1. Second bathroom shower did not work, this is the primary reason we selected 3702 for the second shower, since was advertised with 2 bathroom. I did call on our second day (Tuesday, October 15th) to inform Coastal that the second shower did not work and told them to wait until we left on Saturday, October 20th. For we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on someone to show up to fix the shower. 2. Electrical Outlet on the counter top is missing a cover. This is dangerous and could result in Arc Flash3. Unable to turn off televisions and the television in the Master Bedroom unable to adjust the volume. We have used Coastal Property several times, it would be nice if repeat customers received a discount.

As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great.
