Gracias por considerar nuestro condominio. Sabemos lo que es planificar un viaje a cientos de millas de su hogar, por lo que queremos que su estadía sea sin problemas. Quieres un condominio súper agradable y limpio a un precio justo en un lugar excelente. Estamos a ¼ de milla de la línea Alabama-Florida con decenas de excelentes restaurantes, supermercados y muchas tiendas a solo minutos de distancia. Dejamos suficientes suministros para que puedas continuar, así no tienes que apresurarte a ir a la tienda de comestibles. Esta unidad se utilizó anteriormente como una casa de vacaciones y no está disponible para alquiler. No tiene el desgaste que algunas unidades tienen. Regency isle es uno de los condominios más nuevos en Orange Beach, con buena administración y seguridad. Tenemos muchas comodidades para ofrecer, como piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina exterior, área de parrillas, sala de ejercicios y sala comunitaria. Puede ver la hermosa arena blanca y las profundas aguas azules del golfo desde casi cualquier lugar de nuestra unidad. Nos gustan las cosas bonitas, así que no hemos ahorrado ningún gasto en amueblar la unidad. Tenemos muebles cómodos, DVD en todos los televisores de pantalla plana y agregamos pequeños extras como entrada sin llave, cafetera Kurig, duchas de mano y toallas de baño grandes, suaves y esponjosas. Nuestro balcón es un profundo 330 pies cuadrados con mesa y sillas de altura de barra junto con tumbonas separadas. Este es un gran lugar para pasar el rato. Podrá dormir bien en 2 magníficas camas king y si es necesario, tendrá disponible un sofá cama. Nuestra playa no está abarrotada y estamos convenientemente ubicados en la 5ª planta para que pueda tener una vista cercana de la playa desde nuestro balcón. As good as advertised

Great property. Condo was immaculate with plenty of towels and supplies. My wife even commented that there were sufficient number of hooks to hang things up. Very private deck, great for our remote work trip. Some noise from maintenance work during our trip but manageable. Easy beach access and area wasn't congested. Fantastic stay.

Family Beach Trip

Just a perfect place for our family get away. Beautiful room with everything we needed, great view and balcony, close to so many things including the beach, host was great, great amenities...could keep going. 10 out of 10 for sure! Highly recommend!!

Mom Getaway

My mom hasn’t been back to the beach since my Dad died. I wanted her to have a special trip. The condo was beyond fabulous. It was decorated so beautifully. The view from the balcony was awesome! I also liked having our own personal parking space. Mom and I hope to do a repeat trip next year. I hope to stay here again. Great trip!

Orange Beach Fun

We had a terrific time in Orange Beach. Perfect weather, a great fishing trip, beautiful beaches of course, and a excellent place right on the beach! Karen was an excellent host and the condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot

Great condo in a well kept, older building. The owners updated the unit well. We stayed during the 4th and it wasn’t overly crowded. I would 100% stay again. Pro tip not called out in listing that we discovered the second day: main entry door stopper is magnetic and holds the door steadily open. Great to know for entrance/exit and for the lead person to open the door and keep it open with ease for the remainder of the group. Had a great time! Thanks for opening up your home.

Amazing Location, Great Unit

The location of this condo is amazing!! Close to everything but not in the thick of the crowds. The view is incredible—when the water is calm you can see dolphins in the ocean! Very spacious unit, big balcony just like the pictures. Lots of beach toys in the balcony closet so you don't have to worry about bringing or buying any. Very tastefully decorated, good furniture. Has a pack n play available which was really nice to not have to pack along. Kind and responsive hosts. Areas for improvement: It could use a more thorough cleaning—we weren't convinced the showers and the toilets had been cleaned (found hairs in showers, grime in toilet bowl). Bed in the master is quite creaky. Gym was closed almost our whole stay so that was also disappointing, wish we had known beforehand. Overall, we still loved it and would stay again!

Very nice!!!

Regency Isle is our favorite place to stay. This condo was super nice. Very well equipped kitchen, very spacious. The two bedrooms with both having king sized beds accommodated my family well. The large shower was my favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was tastefully decorated and not overly crowded. Beds and pillows were just right (However, master bed did make creaking noises when you got in or out of the bed). We did not cook but looks kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely request here again

I absolutely love staying at the Regency Isle, not a huge condo facility, but it is exactly why I love this place. This year we stayed at a smaller unit and again perfect for my family of 6. Everything was comfy and felt like home. The owner, Karen, responded to email questions instantly. I can’t wait to book again!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable in every way. Had extras that most condos we have stayed in did not. Handsoaps, bath soaps, paper towels and bath tissue, ample towels and large washer/dryer, and on and on. Very nice accommodations! You can tell the owners really care about making you feel welcome and comfortable.
