Esta unidad está en el sexto piso y cuenta con un rey en el maestro, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 reinas. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a dream, we at several meals on the nice large dining table out there and it was amazing! The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and serve ware, which was great. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, literally two minutes from our door. The pools were nice too, both indoor and out. Grills were easy access too, be sure to bring charcoal. We also really enjoyed where this condo is located along Orange Beach, close enough to a lot of attractions but not overly crowded feeling, it was perfect. We would stay again for sure.

Unit was in the perfect location, right off the elevator, right by the trash chute, and right by grocery stores. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a girls weekend planned. The weather didn’t work out for us but the condo was nice. Other than the ac guys having to be there for a few hours, it was an enjoyable stay

I’ll start with we love The Palms. Always clean and located so well. This room just needs some TLC. Exterior sliding door needed to be fixed to open properly, we asked for that and it took 3 days, it was made worse with than before. Took another 2 days and we enjoyed a fixed door for a half day. Awful. Dishwasher handled needs to be fixed as well. Freezer door wouldn’t close, had to have that fixed. Luckily that was fixed quickly. Other than these complaints, we had a great time. Just minor things that need to be fixed in the room.

Easy access to beach plus both indoor and outdoor pools gave kids break midday from the heat. Close to many stores, location ideal to eat out or dine in with plenty of restaurant options nearby and space to eat in. Would definetly come back to this location!

Beautiful space. Construction was going on at the pool all day just below the condo. This disrupted the beauty of the ocean front. I contacted the rental company and they said they sent me an email 6 months prior. I did not receive it. There was also construction on the elevator and it was down for a day. Spring break is such a busy season I would have thought they would have planned a better time for construction. There are many choices in Orange Beach and I think you could find something better for the cost.

Very nice condo! It was extremely clean, very comfortable and was in a good location. The large balcony was also a very nice amenity. The elevators and walkways were always vacuumed, mopped and smelled clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of our best vacations ever!! Our only suggestions would be to provide additional washcloths, add some full length mirrors to the bedrooms and add curved shower curtain rods.

The Condo was great with the exception of a few things. Only one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom was not enough, but we worked it put. When walking across floor in socks, we could see that the floor was not a clean as it appeared to be. These are just minor things, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, a short walk to the beach. The condo is by the elevator, but you never heard any noise. We took our grandson and as soon as we walked in he said it smelled clean....he is 6! We hope to stay there again!

We loved our stay here! Located directly on the beach, beautiful view, centrally located in town. The unit is conveniently located central to beach walkway, pool, trash, etc. Unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed it! Only issue was very slow draining tub in the en suite bath, which wasn’t a huge problem but slightly inconvenient at the end of the day when everybody was trying to settle in, but it didn’t hamper our stay.

This was a very nice and spacious condo. I loved that there not a long walk between the condo and the beach! It was very windy most of our stay but we were able to utilize the indoor. Everything was very clean, it was a little difficult to figure out where to go once parked, I believe due to the construction but if you are looking at the building you would be the 2nd to last entrance to the right, that was another great thing. Alot of elevators so no waiting to get on
