We stayed in this unit a few years ago which is why we chose to stay again. The view from the balcony is good and at this time of the year you can see the sunrise which was fantastic. There are plenty of kitchen tools if you desire to cook while staying here. Beds and furniture are comfortable.

What a beautiful place to stay. It was our first time staying in Gulf Shore. But with our experience here it definitely won’t be our last. Phoenix X was a perfect choice. Right on the beach, spacious, clean, never too loud. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was brand new. Bathrooms can be a little updated. But overall, great condo to rent. Regina was a pleasure to work with. She was fast w responding and quick to solve a few small issues we ran into. Mentioned we didn’t have a blow dryer and in a few hours we got one delivered to our room. Lights were flicking in one of the bedrooms and they came and changed the light bulbs. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a girls trip with 8 of us and this condo was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it. We had plenty of space, loved all of the amenities of Phoenix X, being right next to Florabama and the drink fridge was an added bonus that we fully took advantage of. We are already making plans to book this exact same condo again next year!!

Cheer Weekend Fun

We stayed here for an extended weekend during a cheer competition at the Warf. It was a great location not far from great food and entertainment. Nextdoor to florabama but not loud at all. The unit itself was clean and VERY spacious! We did have issues with one of the bathroom tube draining and the dryer did not dry well at all. I texted the number and never did get a response so hopefully this was fixed before the next guests arrived. We will keep this one bookmarked for next year!

Great Get-Away

Condo was very nice. Loved the location. Fridays do seem to be a blow-out night, but the noise wasn't too bad and ended by the time quiet hours came around. Beach, weather and water were all excellent during our stay. What a relaxing time away!!!

Cousin Reunion

Although this was our first time to stay at Phoenix X, our cousins often book here so we did the same. It was nice to have our own condo, but be able to come together at the beach, pool and outdoor grilling areas. The spacious living room, large kitchen table and patio table in 810 were perfect for when it was our night to host dinner. Thank you for providing a clean condo with a nice view.

A perfect way to begin our summer.

The condo was everything we expected. Plenty of room for 4 adults (two couples) and 3 children (11,9,5). The views cant be beat. You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Right in the middle of the anything you would want or need: restaurants, night life, grocery stores, shops. We had an incredible time and would stay in the same place again.

Wonderful location

Great location, condo was nice. A few minor maintenance items, but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. Management was VERY responsive! Condo was roomy and we enjoyed our stay. I will note that parking not included in pricing so make sure to be aware of that as we were not. I think listing may have been updated to disclose this now.
