We had a perfect stay here in February 2026. The home is immaculate and incredibly well stocked for larger groups. The host responded with all inquiries immediately. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus. We look forward to a return visit next time we are in the area.

House is very nice, very clean and extremely well appointed. Kitchen and baths had everything we needed and more. Host gets an A for communication and instruction. Location is perfect and fenced backyard was perfect for kids and our pet. Would highly recommend.

Family beach vacation

House was perfect for our needs. It was clean, more than amply equipped, with a fenced back yard. Centrally located to all we wanted to do. We would stay here again. Manager was very prompt to answer questions and assist.

Sandy was outstanding throughout our long term stay at Whiskey Sands. Beautiful home, very well stocked with supplies and kitchen amenities- everything we needed. Entertainment systems excellent. Wonderful fall getaway!

Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better house! Sandy was amazing! Anything that could have been thought of for this home/stay was executed! All of the little things made the house feel like a home. It was a little chilly on a few nights & the fire pit was perfect. The front deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Beautiful home, we will definitely book again in the future!

Amazing Floorplan and layout!

Everything about this home was perfect! Firstly, Sandy is top notch when it comes to hospitality. The decor and layout of this home is breath taking. Although it is spacious and open the home feels so cozy. The water was hot which I loved! The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable. My family of 10 all slept comfortably. I look forward to booking this home again.

Peaceful vacation home

House was beautiful and very well stocked! Location was close to everything Orange Beach has to offer. All the extras including beach cart, chairs, etc. was a nice bonus! Community pool was a short walk or drive away and beautiful and refreshing! We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was.

Amazing property and perfect location

This was an amazing property! This was the first time we have rented a house for our stay in OBA. We generally rent one of the condos. The property did not disappoint, and this was a great choice for our first time at renting a house. The property is in a very good location with a pool access inside the neighborhood. There is beach access within a 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk. The host has the property stocked with all of the essentials. So, do not buy anything until you visit the property. The only thing you really need to bring is food. The host was very responsive, and I will definitely rent this property again. Loved our stay here.

Reprieve and Tranquility

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful new home in the center of Orange Beach, AL during my granddaughters spring break. The home is brand new with every amenity. Never experienced such a thoroughly stocked home with all the utensils, plates, glasses - paper products, and appliances. The home is truly large enough - (2) bedrooms down and (2) bedrooms up both with sitting and relaxing dens with large televisions. The backyard is fenced with wrought iron so not to worry if Fido wants to roam. We enjoyed he new gas grill and the fire pit in the evenings. Sandy is a super host and cares for her guests. We definitely recommend this property and the host.

Whiskey Sands Rental is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional appointments and attention to detail. The rental is truly fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and every gadget imaginable. The fenced-in yard was a game-changer for our little dogs, providing a safe and secure space to run and play. The furniture and decorations throughout the rental are simply stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every room is beautifully curated, with a perfect blend of style and functionality. The beds and bedding were fabulous. But what truly sets Whiskey Sands apart is the exceptional service provided by Sandy, the host. She was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing requests and questions we had with a genuine desire to ensure our stay was perfect. I cannot recommend Whiskey Sands Rental highly enough.

Great property with fully fenced yard for our pups. Sand yard gave them their own “beach” since local beaches are NOT pet friendly. Nice gas fire pit in back for cool nights. Nice, new house with large TVs and new appliances. Highly recommend.
