This condo was not as clean or as comfortable as we had hoped. Upon arrival, there was a cockroach in the master bedroom. I stomped on it, went downstairs to put the parking pass on my dashboard, and when I returned, the roach was gone. I searched everywhere, finding various detritus like aluminum can tabs behind the nightstand, but no roach. Needless to say, I did not sleep great. Which would have happened anyway since the bed is horrible -- too soft. Seems like a cheap bed in a box. The thermostat is programed by the owners. No matter what we did, we could not get the temperature to hold at 72. It kept bouncing up to 75 or 81 which was annoying and uncomfortable. The obvious areas of the condo were clean -- the sinks and toilet, but the less obvious ones were not. The backsplash was dirty with mysterious splatter as were the doors to the bathroom and laundry. There was a contact lens stuck to the bathtub and someone's hair in the drain. The kitchen is tight, however the counter space in the master was good and the balcony is large. The common areas of the building are clean and well maintained and it is a nice stretch of beach.
