Cottage was clean and tidy inside had everything we needed for our 2 night stay! The driveway is a bit of a trip hazard and the backyard needed a clean up.

The property needs major structual repairs and shouldnt be rented out as an accomodation without being fixed up - Effectively the property had been made to look nice with the furnishings rather than fixing the damp and large cracks in the walls - the property is unsafe for anyone with mobility issues to enter with the cracking front verandah and drive way

Great location, neat house with large rooms and everything you need inside… only two issues; the power kept tripping out when using the washing machine or drier or switch on the kettle, and the driveway gate didn’t close because the concrete has been cracked and raised from large tree roots, not a big deal but with such a narrow driveway and one side covered with overgrown plants you had to be extra careful with young kids running out.

Family Friendly

Stayed here with our young family, and the space was very easy for us to use, including having good outdoor space, and a great location in Orange.

Cute Cottage

A very enjoyable stay in this cottage which is centrally located. The cottage was clean with 3 good sized bedrooms and a lovely front garden.

Wonderful cottage in Orange

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cute Cottage on Byng in Orange. The property was clean, comfy, warm and cosy. It's a short walk to the Orange CBD, Nile Street cafe and other cafes in the area. We would stay there again if we're in Orange again.

Great location.

A comfortable old home with a great heater. Pretty back yard. Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for the four of us.

Well located cottage, easy walk to town.. We enjoyed our stay. It is an older home with alot of character. One bathroom/toilet. Beds very comfortable. Heaters in all rooms are great. Negatives are small- tv remote on/off switch dosent work, have to do at tv- this is mentioned in owners notes. Shower drips constanly, but you cant hear from bedrooms so didnt bother us to much. We had to buy tissues and more toilet paper. Cane table and chairs out front, quite worn out, had alot of spider webs. 1x room had wardrobe but no coathangers. And if you wanted to do load of washing the clothes line is partially falling down , no pop up clothes line.

Byng

Charming but needs some attention which is to be expected because of its age. Cosy, very clean and well equipped. Kitchen excellent. Very central, easy access to all parts of Orange and surrounds.

Cute house Orange.

Clean and comfortable house, close to town.. Needs some attention to paintwork and it would be helpful to have a doors on lounge area to keep more cosy. Kitchen and bathroom great. Toilet well ventilated.

Love this place

This is the 5th time i have stayed at the cottage on Byng and its always excellent .I chose this cottage every time as it is welcoming and also allows pets. My Golden retriever recognises it when we pull up and he heads straight for the yard where he makes himself very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and all the amenities are well set out

Lovely weekend stay in a cute old cottage

Friendly three bedroom cottage with everything we needed to enjoy our family catch up in Orange. Our dog loved his first holiday away with us! Look past the cracks in the walls and the coldness in the toilet and just enjoy the history and imagine the times this house must have seen. It was warm and a comfortable stay. Bathroom and kitchen both nicely renovated.

Cosy and cute

Stayed here in early July. Thankfully the cottage has numerous heaters and blankets. Location is convenient to central Orange, and neighbourhood is quiet. Draughty toilet is really the only downside, though likely to be less of an issue for the blokes.

Great location to walk to Orange gallery and shops. Needs more curtains in bedrooms, toilet and back dining room. Old cottage charm but a few less cobwebs would be good.
