The home opens into a light-filled living space crowned by a cathedral ceiling and centred on a gas fireplace. The kitchen runs the length of the room with a breakfast bar, coffee machine, and full cooking setup for a group of six. Three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms give travellers room to spread out, while the BBQ, outdoor lounge, and fully-fenced garden extend the living outside.



THE LOCATION:

Set on a quiet residential street directly opposite Duntryleague Golf Club, Woodward Links walks straight into the centre of Orange. A round on the 18-hole heritage course sits right across the road, and Cook Park (600m) offers tree-lined paths, duck ponds, and seasonal gardens for an easy morning stroll.



The Peacock Room and Bela Vista Bar (130m) sit at the closest corner, with Byng Street Cafe (500m), Academy Coffee Roasters (600m), and Anything Grows (800m) covering breakfast and brunch. La Milano Italian (850m) handles a longer dinner, and Ferment. The Orange Wine Centre is a short walk for cool-climate flights and cellar door tastings. Philip Shaw Wines sits 6 minutes by car. - CAMERAS: Please be advised that the property features two external security cameras. These have been fitted around the property exterior.



- PARKING: Garage access is available, with two additional vehicles able to be parked in the driveway (one behind the other). Further vehicles can be parked on the street.



- PORTACOT: A portacot is available for guests to use, stored ready for self-assembly. Please bring your own cot linen.
