Home 4* potential & positives. Casiola 2* lack of attention to maintenance, provisioning &booking process. Trying to provide full and fair review but VRBO limits size - have to bullet. - home pleasant & well appointed but- issues guests should be aware of- no hot water other than showers- affects laundry & dishes as no dishwasher- Casiola had me wait till midnight for someone to come say aboveWashing dishes means boiling water. No stopper so washing in large pots. Some dishes not well cleaned by prior guests due to cold water. - first time went to use stove to cook no gas. - Casiola somehow has no spare tanks- 15 hours to get gas. No dinner one night, no breakfast next day. No gas prior to occupying means Casiola doesn’t care. Shower- broken towel rack. Maintenance aware but hadn’t fixed. - diverter to shower head broken so hand wand only. maintenance aware but hadn’t fixed. - toilet second bedroom runs constantly. - toilets do not flush properly. Maintenance aware but can’t fix. Takes dozens of flushes and 10 min to clear toilet for next person. - bbq won’t go above 300f- unwashed brown and red stains on duvet- told 3pm checkin but not accessible till 4pm- bare minimum supplies as cost saving by casiola- booking process worst. Requires photos your credit cards and idPositive - linen, pool, kitchen well appointed, outdoor space great, nice finishes. Would book house if maintained and managed properly, 4star.Won’t EVER book Casiola.
