We reserved this unit approximately six to seven months in advance, with the understanding—based on the listing photos—that it included a hot tub. We have stayed in other units within this building in the past, all of which had fully operational hot tubs on the rooftop deck.About a week prior to our arrival, we were informed that the hot tub in this particular unit was not operational. This was quite disappointing, especially given that the amenity was prominently featured in the listing photos and factored into our decision to book the property. Only after I contacted the management company did they indicate that the hot tub photos would be removed. However, upon arrival, the hot tub remained on the rooftop, filled with dirty water, which further detracted from the experience.Additionally, the rooftop deck was not well maintained. Several chairs and lounge chairs were extremely weathered and dried out to the point that they were unsafe and unusable.While the interior of the unit was generally in acceptable condition, there were maintenance concerns. The blinds in the primary bedroom did not close properly, and the shower in the primary bathroom did not drain adequately, causing water to accumulate like a bathtub with each use.Given the overall condition and the non-operational amenity that was advertised, we do not feel the unit was worth the price paid and would not choose to stay here again.
