    The condominium provides 24hr security, free parking, spectacular gardens, gym, swimming pools, hot tub jacuzzi, BBQ area, children playground area.

    The apartment is on the fifth floor, two out of bedrooms and living room have a magnificent ocean view. All bedrooms with private baths. 3 smart TVs. Super Food Plaza, restaurants and hotel district are close by. Best place for a fantastic holiday!

    The space

    - About 2000 sq.feet (186 sq. m) brand new ultra modern 3 bedroom 3,5 bathroom with a European designer inspired kitchen and stainless steel appliances.
    - Two out of three bedrooms and living room offers you a magnificent ocean view, which you will never forget.
    - Sleeping arrangements are "Master Bedroom King Size Bed ", 2nd and 3rd bedroom offers "Queen Size Bed" and lastly there is a sofa in the living area.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was amazing with cabanas, lounge chairs, a hot tub, and a large wading area in the pool for small kids or sunning. It was very short walk to an amazing beach.

This property is magnificent! Located in the perfect walking distance to the ocean. There are three bedrooms with full bathrooms and a hallway bath! The kitchen is manageable with everything you might need to prepare any food. The property manager, Sonaly, is such a wonderful resource, we felt like we had our very own concierge! The owner was also excellent to communicate with, and available at a moments notice. I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely come back!

Anniversary trip

Beautiful condo on the 5th floor with a spectacular view of Eagle beach! Immaculate, looks brand new, and very well decorated. Stocked with everything you need for vacation!Easy walk to restaurants and the beach.

Excellent luxurious condo. Wonderful ocean view. Beautiful Eagle beach right across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella in the unit to use on the beach.Nice pool and hot tub at the pool and was never crowded. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Condo and Beach were incredible

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved our condo on Eagle Beach. Our place was a luxurious 3br/3.5ba condo at Levent and we absolutely loved the condo and ocean views!!! Looking forward to coming back next year!

LeVent Condo Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay at LeVent on Eagle Beach. Natalie and Mike were very responsive. Getting in and out of the condo was very easy. Excellent, detailed instructions. The condo was beautiful. Excellent view of the water. Short walk to Eagle Beach which is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely rent again.

The best place I have ever stayed at. Property managers are very responsive and took care of small details that made us feel VIP like providing salt and pepper and helping coordinate empty bottles could go to Luna Foundation so that dogs could be fed from the refund money. It is so close to the beach and they have chairs and coolers and ice packs for us so you can just bring a carryon with your bathing suit and sandals and head right to the beach. Beautiful view of sunsets from a porch that wraps across the whole condo and you can see Eagle Beach and the ocean, hear birdsong from the palm trees below when you have your morning coffee and watch two well cared for cats play with the iguanas below and other small lizards. This place is so clean! Is fully equipped for cooking and Super Foods Market is close by, walkable but better to drive. Ample parking for a rented Jeep if you wish to drive into Arikok and see the cave art or pack all your chairs and head to Tres Trapis or Baby Beach to swim with sea turtles. This condo on Eagle Beach is a great location and you can walk a mile to the Butterfly Farm or over to delicious restaurants right on the beach for happy hour. The pool is gorgeous with an area for wading in slowly to swim laps when you wish or over to the hot tub which the staff will adjust the temp to your liking. Each morning there are 4 staff cleaning the pool area which is why it remains so clean and beautiful. The fifth floor is very quiet too. Loved it!

Great Location - A few issues

The location is great. The condo was very clean. It looks just like the pictures. You may want to bring your own towels because the owners wanted to charge us for a make up stain on a towel, before it was washed. The AC unit on the guest unit was not cooling effectively, but I would think they have fixed that by now. Overall the place is a beautiful place, but bring your own towels and it would make it a great stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Condo 503 at the beautiful LeVent Condominium Resort at Eagle Beach! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 as our kids were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space and super clean. The owners and property managers were very attentive and answered any questions and addressed any needs we had immediately. The view is gorgeous (spent every morning on the giant balcony watching the ocean). Short walk to Eagle Beach and chairs/cooler were provided. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful as well. We would 100% stay here again!

Great Condo & Great Location

We were a family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 small children). The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool, the ocean and the beautiful sun sets. The condo was set up with the master on one side, living area in the middle and 2 bedrooms on the other side. It worked perfectly for our family. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hosts answered questions we had and kept us updated on check in and check out process. I certainly would rent from them again.

Wonderful place to stay in Aruba!

This unit is absolutely beautiful! We are 5 adults. The master bedroom and bath are huge! The 2 other bedrooms are of good size. Beds are comfortable. The unit immaculately clean upon arrival. The view of Eagle Beach and pool are gorgeous from the unit. The outdoor deck is huge with comfortable furniture. There are beach chairs in the laundry room which saves having to rent chairs on the beach. Only needed to rent umbrella. We did self check in and out very simple. The property owners are lovely and very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stunning condo with an amazing view of Eagle Beach

My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was absolutely stunning with an amazing view of Eagle Beach. The staff around the condo complex were friendly and we even made friends with one of the security guards. The condo comes equipped with everything you will need including a small cooler, beach chairs, and k-cup coffee maker. I didn't find a blow dryer within the unit so pack one if you won't be able to live without one. I highly recommend choosing this unit for your vacation in Aruba. If we are lucky enough to make it back we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Location, Wonderful hosts

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalie & Mike's place on Eagle beach. The unit is gorgeous - even more once you see it in person. Eagle beach is a 30 second walk away, and stunning as always. Our on site property managers were incredibly responsive and thoughtful (they notified us of grocery stores being closed on Christmas day, and stocked the fridge for our arrival). The owners (Natalie and Mike) were also incredibly responsive, and communicative throughout the process. We would return in a heartbeat! - Team Karim

Perfect Stay!!

This Eagle Beach condo is the perfect stay in Aruba! Our teen and our 8 year old each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Everything was in perfect working order and the beds were comfortable. Daniela, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was bigger than expected and so was the balcony! We loved having use of the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Remember to bring your K cups! The condominium complex itself was just the right size. Plenty of loungers - no stress looking for a seat or saving a seat like other resorts in Aruba! Traveler's tip: Next store the Paradise Villas have a restaurant where we would go for breakfast or lunch or for Pina Coladas! There's even a back entrance from LeVent. We will be back!

Lovely place but difficult owner

Although this unit is lovely (as pictured) and is in a wonderful location near a gorgeous beach, I would never stay here again because of our interactions with the owner. Even though the listing states that the unit can host 7 people (and indeed it can), the owner insisted on an added charge for over 4 guests. In addition, the owner tacked on a charge for damages that were clearly present upon our arrival. There is no shortage of units in Aruba. Find another one.

Amazing Place

We booked a short family trip to Aruba and came across this listing and are very glad we did! The host was very friendly. The condo was even better than we expected from seeing the photos. It's quite a large condo inside. Everything is very nice. There's a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The beautiful pool area is down below. The ocean is a pretty quick walk. There's a nearby grocery store and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. They leave a good amount of start up stuff and the only thing we needed to buy extra was an extra roll of paper towels while we were there. In four days, everything else they supplied was sufficient for us. What an amazingly beautiful place and if we ever find ourselves back in Aruba, we absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!!
