The condo was amazing and fit our family of eight perfectly! Our older kids especially enjoyed the roof top pool! The staff were so attentive and the communication from the first booking to checkout was first rate. You couldn’t beat the location as well- great shopping and restaurants were all in a few minute walk.

Roomy and great location

This property has all you need to navigate a week with a large group. 4 beds each with their own bathroom and shower. The private pool is a god send after a long day. The private chef service is a nice add on to consider.

40th Birthday Friends Vacation

I planned a trip for my best friend’s 40th birthday. A group of us met up to stay in Aruba to celebrate. This condo was so amazing. Each room had its own en suite bathroom. The private roof top pool was out of this world. The space had everything we could have needed. And the check in and check out process was by far the easiest out of any vacation rental I have stayed in. Luxury and convenience all the way. Great location, dedicated and safe parking space too! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Perfect location!

Plenty of room for our group of friends and family to spread out. The rooftop pool area was great with amazing views, and many ping pong battles. We walked to drinks, dining, shopping and the casino across the street. Check in and check out was painless. Highly recommend this place, We’ll be back!

Great Location & Beautiful Property

This condo did not disappoint at all!! Our annual girls trip was amazing and largely due to this wonderful property in a great location. The property is just as the pictures show, but the view of the island from the rooftop cannot be captured in words. Just beautiful! The condo comes equipped with everything you need and is right in the heart of downtown so your a short walking distance from some of the top Aruba restaurants. Please take advantage of the concierge services offered by the property. Our airport transportation was on time and communication was top notch! We had an onsite spa day where the massage therapist came onsite and did 3 ladies massages as the same time. Kathy and her team was amazing and highly recommend them! If you read this far, don’t second guess yourself, book this place today!!!

Family Fun

Our family had a wonderful week in Aruba while staying at this ideally located property. We enjoyed great views from the rooftop pool and we were able to walk to several local restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and fulfilled all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip!

Awesome Unit close to everything!

This property is in a central location and we could walk to several local establishments. Even though it was located close to the cruise ship terminal, we never needed to wait to grab a bite to eat, or in any lines for drinks and coffee. This unit came with a parking spot. Everything was as described. The penthouse floor was incredible with the pool. We played cards up there as a family almost every night. I would highly recommend. We only had two critiques - the AC unit in the Main bedroom could not keep up and in spite of the host sending a repair person, it was not completely fixed and we ended up sleeping in the smallest room instead, and that room was nice and cold. Lastly, the shower drains seemed to have some clogging and we had to take quick showers so as not to overflow onto the floor. We did provide this feedback to the host, and I am sure they will address both issues. We enjoyed this rental very much!

What's not to love?

We fell in love with this apartment. It was spotless. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, the dining area seats 8 and the bedrooms are quite comfortable. Each room had its own air conditioner. The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful from beginning to end. We had never been to Aruba before and needed some help getting our bearings. Someone arrived to help us within an hour of our arrival. The balcony was long enough for all five of us to bring chairs out to watch the Carnaval Parade! We had no idea it was happening until after we booked our trip. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Note - We do have a few suggestions To make guests more comfortable upon arrival, the apartment should be supplied with ample paper towels, have toilet paper on the holders in each bathroom and shower gel or soap. For five women one roll of TP each is not nearly enough. Perhaps update the apartment's description to state that the pool area is semi-private, not private. Thanks!

Great location

Great location in middle of island, easy access to all beaches! Really nice place. Quick communication with rental company. We had 6 adults and had plenty of space. Only negatives were the walls were in need of refreshing and very little accessories in the kitchen. Otherwise we had a great time!

AWESOME

Bocobay properties was extremely helpful and attentive. We were on a girls trip and this place had all of the amenities. Great place to stay! The locations was great! You can walk to the market place (right across the street); there you will find great places to eat and shop. I will be returning.
