Nestled in Orbey, a charming village surrounded by mountains and forests, the Chez Ludivine house offers you a relaxing stay immersed in nature. Whether you’re a hiking enthusiast a winter sports lover or simply seeking tranquility, you’ll be captivated by the enchanting setting and the many activities nearby.

The house welcomes you across 2 levels.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

A spacious living area for moments of sharing and conviviality. A fully equipped kitchen with an island (oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster). A dining area and a lounge with a large sofa and a TV.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace opening onto the living space.

A bedroom with a double bed.

A separate toilet with a washbasin.

Upstairs, you will find:

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a TV, and storage space.

A bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.



Free parking is available in front of the house.

What can you discover while on vacation in the Kaysersberg Valley?

The options are endless, as there is so much to see and visit in the Kaysersberg Valley.

It’s impossible to come to Alsace without taking the famous Wine Route, whether it’s to visit a winery or simply stroll on foot or by bike through the slopes of the vineyards.

On the opposite side, the "Route des Crêtes" (Route of the Ridges) winds its way from Col du Calvaire home to the Lac Blanc resort and the iconic summits of the Vosges, perfect for cycling, motorbiking, or hiking, with plenty of stops at farm inns for a delicious meal.

The valley also offers postcard-worthy views, with typical Alsatian villages and authentic mountain villages.

The Kaysersberg Valley has a rich heritage with many museums (Woodworking and Heritage Museum, Alsace Wine and Vineyard Museum, Linge Memorial Museum, etc.), not to mention its many craftspersons (Kaysersberg Pottery Workshop, Kaysersberg Glassworks, as well as blacksmithing, ceramics, etc.).



The cleaning will be done before your arrival.

The beds will be made with clean sheets.

Clean towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel will be provided.

You’ll have free Wi-Fi connection.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using any smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ for extra cleaning fees.



Pets are strictly forbidden.



Bed linen and towels, as well as standard end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens and a general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the trash, emptying the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and organizing the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can request a "full cleaning" service for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these guidelines are not followed, a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.



A digital contract signature, along with your ID via the Yaago platform, will be required after booking, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
