The wagon was roomier than we thought it would be and the beds were nice and comfortable. It had a nice sized bathroom with shower for being inside a wagon. “The property was great and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and some fun entertainment (a really nice ping pong table in the loft kept us coming back). We had a small issue getting into the house originally as the electric locks ran out of battery but Jeremy was great and came right over to get the issue resolved. “We had a fabulous stay! The covered wagon was comfortable and cozy, The setting of the resort was breathtaking. We had some rain overnight and loved listening to the sound on the canvas, it was glamping at it’s finest! Check in was so easy. We ate at Balcony One and had an amazing meal, and a nice conversation with the owner Cindy.”

“We arrived after a three day rafting trip through the Grand Canyon to conclude our family vacation in Zion. The house is just as represented in the pictures and is a great location for park and surrounding area activities. The host was very attentive and checked n frequently. Cell service and WiFi in that area is spotty so plan accordingly. My only regret is not planning more time to just decompress and enjoy the “tranquility” of the home and all it had to offer. Definitely plan on returning...

“You must stay here!! It’s truly a house for giants! We had everything we needed and more for our weekend. We had our family and wedding party stay at the house and then we had about 40 people attend our wedding at the house! It was gorgeous! The beds were VERY comfortable. The movie theater room and hot tubs were SO fun!! I cried when we had to leave. This is a special place. Book it. Right. Now.”
