  • Our beautiful home sits on a cliff 80 feet above the shoreline. At low tide there are many rocks and a large beach. But even at high tide Pelican Rock stands above the water. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but it is only 9 tenths of a mile to Sport Heaven Beach, about a 20 minute walk or a short drive. Sport Heaven Beach has miles of sandy beach and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. The house is 4 miles from the center of Brookings and 1 mile to the Harbor.  At the harbor there are great restaurants,  fishing charters and a great boardwalk overlooking the boats.
    Come and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets.
    We have lived in Brookings for three years now and love it year round.  We live in our home just 4 miles away with our three small dogs. We hope to see you soon.
    Please no trailers. Our driveway does not allow for turning around a trailer.
    There is a video camera above the garage door that monitors the driveway.
    Please stay off the neighbors property and stairs to the beach

John was great to work with. Real quick with responding and provided some information on events the weekend we were there. I’d definitely come back here again the next time I plan a trip to Brookings.

What a wonderful place! We really enjoyed the location and view. Our dog was happy there, and we found it to be an oasis away from home. John was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. There is a lot to see and do in the area. I'd recommend the place to anyone who wants to feel relaxed and well cared for. 10/10.

This is a really nice cozy little house with a million dollar view. We loved it and John was the best host. Ask John anything about the area and he has the answers. The location is great and close to everything.

Magical sunsets and sunrises, clean and well kept cozy home with all the amenities. Very friendly and attentive host will definitely be back. Fire pit created a perfect outdoor experience. A great place to bring your dog as well.

Beautiful views and cozy place!

It was exactly what we were looking for to get away for a few days and admire the beauty of the Oregon coast. Nice and clean place, great location, reasonable price. We loved it and definitely recommended to visit this property.

John was a wonderful and attentive host. The property was clean and well equipped. We especially loved the fenced backyard for our dog. Beautiful sunset by the fire pit. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful location

Very clean, well stocked property in a beautiful location. Great for kids and pets! Minutes from the harbor and the local grocery store. This is our second stay at this property and it was just as relaxing as the first stay!

The home was very quaint and very clean. The view was awesome along with the fenced in yard for your dog. John was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The home provided everything you needed for your stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Wow, what a view!

This property is the perfect comfortable, cozy and clean ocean front rental. The view is amazing and it's the perfect location to serve as a base to explore the area. It was our second time staying in this home and we will be back again.
