Some things you might expect at a mid-to -upscale hotel are not up to par such as an exercise room, which had a single piece of equipment plus a few dumbbells. Breakfast is not included but there is a close by bakery that is good also. The AC unit above third floor. rooms was noisy with a constant rumble. You might find street parking, but the hotel lot is blocks...

“The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. Our rooms didn't face the street, so traffic noise was not a problem. There was a gas station/convenience store adjacent that was convenient for fuel and snacks. It met our needs. Nothing fancy, but a fair price for a good room. ”
