House was good. A/c struggled and we were hot and uncomfortable at night. The entry lock wouldn’t work half the time. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room. Nice location.

The location and house are great. We would probably stay there again. The game room was an added bonus and the bunk beds were great for our needs. The yard and deck need a little cleaning up and we had a bad wasp situation that was being worked on but never resolved.

Little difficult to find only because it’s in the corner but just use Google Maps and you’ll be fine. That was the only complaint, so I’d say it was a 5 star say!

This home was so lovely & fit our family’s needs. The game room was awesome. The beds were cozy! The kitchen was great. It’s located near everything. It was hard to find in the dark without a house number on the home.

The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value.

We are not from Utah and I was not aware of all the stairs. And that important detail was left out. Therefore we had 2 people in our party that struggled getting around. This detail could have helped us prepare or continue shopping around.
